Hold me tight,” I said with urgency as I pulled on my magic to make us invisible. “Missy! Cindy! Come on out, sweethearts,” Michael bellowed in a sickly sweet voice as he stepped over the vampire’s head and marched into the foyer. He was still in his human form, but I could feel his full moon power emanating from him. Blasts of his power filled the house with each movement. Had I not been so frightened, I would have found it spectacular. When we didn’t reply, he turned to his men on the porch and said, “Bring him in.”

Violetta held on to his arm to give him warmth. Jaxon quickly looked around, searching for a solution. Then he saw a dead vampire nearby. An idea popped into his head. "This is crazy, but I hope it works." Curious, Violetta asked, "What do you want to do?" Without hesitation, he took out his dagger and swiftly cut off the vampire's head, collecting its blood in his palms. He hurried back to Tyler's side and gently lifted his friend's head. "Tyler, I know this is risky, but it's our only chance," Jaxon said urgently. "I'm going to give you some vampire blood as a medicine. It should neutralize the venom and heal you."

It wasn't that Michael didn't like the flowers Lauren had brought him, it was that Alexa's safety was at risk when she met Lauren who was so obsessed with her. "These ugly flowers, how could I like them," Michael said and threw them in the trash. "I'm going to kill the designer for being incompetent," said Lauren. Michael squinted his eyes at Lauren, and it was clear that his face showed anger. He unleashed his werewolf powers, and a single hand motion from a distance sent Lauren flying.

I let animals free during hunting, I don't like drinking blood, and I hate attending the gothic parties. I could on and on.” “I'm so sorry you have to live with this, but trust we are not much different. I just discovered I'm a vampire with a very bad blood lust and so much more I'm yet to comprehend.” We walked to the windows at the end of the hallway, looking out at the village. We watch outside in silence for a bit.

I was truly fucked. He took another step closer. His jaws were clenched like he was straining hard against something but losing the battle terribly. In a split second, he appeared directly in front of me and gripped my hand, holding up my palm between us. Oh goodness. I didn't get another chance at life only to be drained by a handsome vampire. Somebody save me! I tried again.

I can't imagine what'll be to break his heart. "Everyone! Can I have your attention please" a vampire spoke interrupting my thoughts. I recognized him as Lord Henry as he spoke into a microphone. With vampires filling the room I wasn't sure why he needed it. We'd all be able to hear him even if he whispered. "Thank you all for coming tonight. As you know Marcos Bellicose has been charged with treason and plotting to kill our king. He has been found guilty and sentenced to death. You are all witnesses to that death tonight" he ended.

That is until the door was forced open with a click. Everyone turned their heads to see who had just joined us and to say I was surprised is an understatement. I looked up to see Mr Vamps eying me up and down as he sat on his seat. He looked calm but his eyes told another story. They are beautiful sapphire eyes that showed too much pain hidden in their very depth. He did not say a word as he ordered his meal and ate as gracefully as usual. He is the first I saw eating food as if he was a normal human being.
