Veronica Miracle Married Novels & Stories

I grabbed the diamond ring out of my pocket, and she beamed with happiness. “I was going to give it to you earlier, but your crazy sister messed up my plans.” She planted a soft kiss on my lips before grabbing the ring and putting it on. “Let's get married again, I can't lose you again.” She hugged me tightly, and I hugged her back, caressing her back until she pulled back. “Yes, I think that would be a good idea.” “Wonderful.” “How…how is Veronica?” “She's alive. The doctors say she tried hurting a nurse recently, so she was put in a seclusion room and won't be allowed out for a while.” She sighed heavily as her lashes fluttered up and down.

"She stayed there? With him and his wife?" Veronica nodded. "Yes. It was awful. But Ophelia wouldn’t leave, no matter how much I pleaded. Then, not long after that, we got the news—she had died in childbirth." Veronica’s voice faltered for a moment, but she pressed on. "James and his wife took the baby. I never saw them again." A heavy silence fell over the table as Veronica finished her story. Olivia reached across the table, gently placing her hand over Veronica’s, offering silent comfort.

Before my engagement, a fire broke out in my dressing room. The explosion sent shards of glass deep into my body. My best friend, Monica Addams, shielded me as we escaped the flames. At the hospital, she stayed by my side as I clung to life. She called my fiancé, James Miller. However, his response was dismissive. “Veronica isn’t feeling well, and I’m accompanying her to get an IV drip. If it’s no big deal, just drop it.”

The priest wasted no time, it was as if she had been told no to. "There comes a time when a man and woman must unite to be one. This is the time we have all been waiting for, to bear witness as the this two wonder ful love birds unite into one. I will start with the groom, do you agree to take Charlotte Roisin as your loving wife, for better for worse?" Her sing song voice echoed across the garden.

"Very well, Sir." Slowly yet decisively, Mike left Kaivan's office, leaving the two alone with Veronica. "Kai, you have to explain what I just heard. I'm very certain you were discussing a wedding just now. Who's going to get married?" Veronica demanded. "It's me," Kaivan answered without a hint of doubt. Short, concise, clear, and of course, it succeeded in triggering Veronica's emotions. She was so frustrated that she scowled. "You're seriously marrying that random woman?"

Forming my lips in a thin line, we all exchanged awkward glances and instead of lowering it, Veronica increased the hesitation by her remark. “Wow, never thought you guys would… marry.” He listened to her, bringing a deadly silence for the next few seconds before releasing a mocking chuckle. “When two people who got cheated by the person they trusted the most- they find comfort in each other.” My body stilled when he rested his hand over my shoulder, bringing me closer to his chest. Jared narrowed his eyes with compassion, noticing my discomfort but I hid it quickly. “Dariel, Please. You have moved on with your wife, I have moved on with my husband. Don’t bring the past in between.” Veronica

Veronica suggested, startling my mom. "What has gotten into you, Veronica?" "Nothing's gotten into me, Mom. I'm,... I am in love with Damien McMillan, Mom. I love him and I want him. He's mine and not Claire's." She smiled remembering how Damien looked. "What?" "Claire isn't fit or worthy to get married to such a rich and handsome man. I am the one who's supposed to be in her place. So please Mom, let me get married to him instead of Claire." Veronica begged.

The look in her eyes seemed so warm and caring. “Trust me,” she said with conviction. Brent hugged her tightly. “Thank you.” Beverley smiled as she gently patted Brent on the back. He released her embrace and gripped her hand. Then Brent said to his mother’s gravestone, “Mom, I’m married. And this is my wife. She’s so kind and perfect.” “Michael loved you so much and was faithful to you until now. I will do the same. I will love Beverley to the end and never let her down,” he continued.

Veronica turned to look at her, shaking her head while it. "You don't get it, he was going to go back to fight in the cage he swore never to return to. That's different from hiding my miscarriage from him." She was adamant in accepting that she was also at fault. "I am really tired and of this conversation, we've been on it for more than thirty minutes. On that note, I'll like to inform you that Paul and I got married in Vegas last week." Cynthia announced like it was a little subject change. Veronica and Diana stared at her, not blinking at all as they watched her like she had grown another head.

She said. I pursed my lips as I looked at her. " What other day?" I asked. " Oh you know, at the party Trent threw. He officially announced your best friend as his new wife and I was shocked. I wondered why he would do such a thing, you are such a lovely girl Veronica, oh it's so sad" she said but I could see through her fake lashes and her chemical bleached teeth. She was just a snivelling gossip, looking for the next best news that she could share with her friends.
