My Second Chance And I Found Love In You

My Second Chance And I Found Love In You

Every time it was her father’s turn to tell her bedtime stories, he would always tell her the stories of the myths or legends of folklore, which she always enjoyed. Her father said that once upon a time, there was a tribe called the Marinaya tribe. Marinaya tribe comes from the name of the Goddess of Moon that the tribe worshiped. In the Marinaya tribe, there were different groups – the royalties or the family of the tribe leaders, the warriors, the manggagaway (or the sorcerer, or wizard), and the servants.

Alpha Atlas

It wouldn't hurt to briefly look around. All I had to guide me were the rumors and myths about the Fae and their realm. The problem with myths, is that you never know what might be real. Myth says the Fae can't lie, but no one has ever been able to prove that. Out of all the legends I knew, there was one fact. Monsters came from this realm, some harboring magic while others had claws, fangs, or poison. All were deadly, and all caused death when they managed to find a portal and cross over. Remembering all of the myths I knew, I suddenly felt very exposed. My eyes darted around the clearing, looking as far into the forest as I could.

Not a bad book, a few errors and gramma issues, needs to be edited. I would love to see a second book, but that probably won’t happen. The friends characters were a huge part to this book and I would love to see some short stories from their pov, there could be some really good story lines.

Each time I read your book, I say that's my favorite of all your books but this...this is very intriguing. I can't put it down honestly, now I say—I'm gonna read all of your books. It's you and I because your writing style is way more than I've ever seen anyone use before.

Saving By My Daddy Hybrid Werewolf

Saving By My Daddy Hybrid Werewolf

Emma looked at Jake and Michael, who had similar expressions to her. "Romanian people, especially those who live in small towns and are quite old, still believe in many myths, one of which is the Strigoi myth. They believe this myth is a warning that humans must continue to do good in their lives so they don't die in a state of curiosity." "That means a human must die first to become a vampire. Then, if Vincent is still alive but he turns into a vampire, wouldn't that be against the legend?" Michael asked, full of doubt.

I left out all the Idris info to him, not knowing if my brother knows him or not. “A Phoenix Aurora? How did you know about them? No one ever speaks of them anymore since they have been extinct for so long.” He looks at me truly puzzled by what I have said. “You see a Phoenix is the Lord of all creation, before everything from the very beginning. Men invented books depicting of a “human god” the all mighty that made everything from nothing. This is not true. The Phoenix, is the most rare mythical creature to have ever lived. Noone has seen one in hundreds and thousands of years, they have the power to build life, the power of true creation. But alas, they have died out a victim of their own

The Race Against Death's Door

The Race Against Death's Door

The moon shines fully, illuminating the darkness outside and providing a glint of light to Svetlana’s eyes as she stared up at it while she sat on a bench with Ahrio next to her. “There’s a legend in Southeast Asian countries that whenever it’s the full moon, ghosts, monsters and other scary supernatural beings appear and roam the world of the living. Do you know that?” Svetlana shared one of those horror stories she had heard from her childhood. Smiling, she glanced at Ahrio and caught him just staring at her face like he’s engrossed about everything about her. “Really? Do those supernatural beings include goddesses? Coz I’m definitely seeing one right now.”

"What? How are you so sure?" "That piglet you found could be the famous 'Suvarna Varaha'- a mythical creature from the legends. Just like The Wish Fish. Many had claimed to catch a glimpse of it while on the way to find the mythical fish, but no one had ever confirmed it that it exists," said Ghosavasu. "Although I am not sure if the piglet is that Suvarna Varaha, but if it is, then there is a high chance of other mythical creatures like the wish fish and the fairies to be real as well." "Are you saying..." Govind gulped at his words. "We might actually save Subham?"

“So the tales were created by the neighboring town? “ I asked and she shrugged. “I don’t know, it was believed that these vampires are good and make friends with humans and there were humans here leaving with the vampires. As for me, I never saw a vampire before and I was born and rise here,“ Mina explained. “They are just myths. “ Hana said and eat quietly, among them, Hana was the only calm and unbothered. “But my grandparents were telling me some tales about them. “ She was giving me. mysterious vibe. “Myth or not, that’s nothing to worry about. Tasha is about to open her mouth to contradict him when he says, “Tasha, listen to me. Carl wants the book for the ritual but did you find anything about the incarnation ritual in it?” “No. That’s why I am confused.” “Of course. It’s because it’s a myth.” “Vampires are also a myth according to common people,” she says reasonably, “how do you know it’s not true?” “Because I started that myth,” he says simply. “You started it? I don’t understand. Why? How?”

Other stories were mere myths that were intended to scare children or dissuade them from doing a particular thing. The stories told, usually differed from one village to another, as did their gods, but a few were generally held and respected by all. One myth in Umuoku that was known only to the members of the village was a story about using a broom to sweep. If a child or an adult mistakenly uses the sharp edges of a broom to pierce someone, it was believed that the victim who was in contact with the edges of the broom was at risk, and may suffer a terrible disease unless the person who caused his or her predicament, raises the broom high and pierced its edges towards the earth to cleanse th
