Upon seeing this, the celebrities were stunned. Warren Xavier, the patriarch of the Xaviers, the leader of The Great Four in Cansington, was kneeling on the ground. James held a wire in his hand. It was an odd sort of wire with several joints. Upon closer inspection, one could tell that it was made out of countless needles. “Warren Xavier, do you care to admit your sins?” Just then, Warren realized that he was kneeling, though he did not know why. Sweat slid down his spine.

"What if we are looking in the wrong direction entirely? What if this isn't Xavier at all, but a whole new enemy?" Adira paused, sniffing as she turned her tear-stained face to look at him. "A new enemy?" "Think about it," Mason explained, taking a step toward them as Alessandro arched his brows. "If Xavier wanted to leverage Wayne against you, he would have taken him hostage, not left him half-shifted in the mud." "Unless something went wrong," Adira countered, her fingers tightening around Alessandro's shirt. “He might not have expected the weak slave they once tortured to be someone so powerful.”

The weird stench had disappeared a little. Xander clutched his forehead, saying weakly, "Bianca, I was just trying to make your wedding even more lively. Who would've thought that Wilson can't even differentiate between wine and piss? "He must be targeting me on purpose! I guess we should stop contacting each other in the future. Anger, shock, guilt—it was all there. He'd known Wade back when he was Hayden. Trusted him with Yuna. And now this? It was clear Xander was beating himself up just as much as Wade probably was. "Xan—" I started, hoping to cut through the tension, but he suddenly stood. For a second, I thought he was about to storm out and find Yuna—or Wade. But instead, he looked at me. "Let's go." "Save my sister, leave them to me" Xavier mindlinked Shane (Raymond's wolf) Xavier growled loudly and joined the fight, he didn't give any chance for the rogues to recover from the shock of his growl before he starts ripping them apart. Shane bowed respectfully before shifting back to his human form, Raymond carried his injured mate and ran off to safety.

The red eyes Xavier gives them a silent order, and they don't have the strength to go against it. "...What happens to Wesley is because of how careless I've been. As your alpha, I've been slacking off, and I'm sorry for that," Xavier said as he glared at everyone. Another war ended and there was more to go, the humans didn't think they deserved to lose, something bigger was coming and Xavier had to make sure that when it came he was prepared for it. Months have passed, and though they have yet to strike, Xavier knew eventually they would. They have found out how to make their own wolfbane, it was more powerful now and Xavier wasn't sure if his wolf would be enough to deflate the pain. But where there's a will, there's a way. He 'd take them down like he did last time and he wouldn't give them the bloody choice to surrender.
