I calmed myself before I lay down and chose to sleep with the pain and heaviness I felt. I woke up around six in the morning because my stomach hurt. I remember, I didn't eat last night. I got up and went straight to the bathroom to take a shower. I will eat at the fast food outside the village before I go straight to school. I still feel heavy in my chest.

I woke up with a strange tightness in my chest. It was not fear, but it was close. It felt like my heart was standing in the middle of a long road, one side pulling me forward, the other dragging me back.
