I don't even know how I spent the last few hours, I don't even think I ate something filling. “What are you thinking about? You look a little pale.” “Yeah. My chest hurts for some reason.” I murmured, rubbing the part of my chest where that stone was embedded. Also, when I woke up, my chest had started hurting. It wasn't like a very huge pain, more like a stabbing one that goes and comes. Earlier, it was manageable, but now, whenever the pain hit, I could barely breathe. It was also something that made me freak out. It had to be connected to that dream I had.

Sierra. I wake up with a heaviness in my chest, the kind that sits right behind the ribs and makes breathing a little bit difficult. I blink up at the ceiling for a long moment, trying to understand why I’m still here. Why I agreed to stay. Why Noah wanted me to stay, because nothing makes sense. My eyes drift to the clock. It’s early. Earlier than I’ve been waking up and I know it’s because I have so much on my mind. I barely get enough sleep when I’m overthinking, and last night, that’s all I did before I could fall asleep.

Clinton’s POV It takes me longer than usual to wake up. It feels like I’m fighting something heavy, like sleep is holding me down and refusing to let go. My body is slow, my head is thick, and my chest still hurts. The pain sits there like it owns me. I hate it. I really hate it. Finally, my eyes snap open. A quiet groan slips out of my mouth as my hand moves straight to my chest, pressing against it. I breathe in deeply, then out, trying to calm it down, but it doesn’t listen.

He twirled around in his bed, having trouble falling asleep. He is huffing, almost as if his lungs had closed down from terrible flu. Suddenly, he is pulled from his slumber. His chest appears to be more receptive to receiving air, but his breathing remains irregular. A loud squeaking sound caused by a door that slides across the oak floor compels him to stand up.

I felt someone shake me vigorously, I woke up sweating like crazy, my throat hurts and my chest was heavy, I looked around suddenly and met the familiar sight of my room, everything was alright, I took deep breaths and tried to calm my racing heart. I was met with Mel's confused and worried expression, "what was that about? Was it a nightmare?" I was about to reply her, I opened my mouth but nothing came out, not a single sound, I placed both my hands on my throat and tried harder to speak.

Liana's Pov I woke up feeling abnormally light. The sort of lightness that descends upon one after a night of continuous, heavy sleep which, for me, had been a rare commodity these days. There was no ache in my chest today, no weight of last night's desperation pushing me into the ground. Only silence, remarkable silence.

 Only that exhaustion dragged me under. When I woke, it was still dark outside. The room was quiet. Too quiet.  But something felt… wrong.  I frowned slightly.  There was a strange heaviness in my chest. A tightness. Not pain exactly — just pressure.  I shifted in the bed.  And the sensation sharpened.  My breath caught.  My nipples felt hard. Sensitive. Almost aching.  Heat spread slowly across my breasts, deep and throbbing, like something inside me was waking up.

It pressed on his chest like a heavy weight, and he tossed from side to side; his breath was uneven. He pulled his brows together forcefully as his dream became increasingly disturbing. The fear was growing, finding roots in his mind as it began to choke him. Suddenly, like a man slapped awake by a hand, Jace shot upright in bed. His breath came out fast and uneven. His chest rose and fell rapidly, and his whole body, from head to toe, was drenched in sweat. The room was dead silent, but his ears rang loudly with a disturbing sound that didn’t belong in his world.

I woke up with a sharp gasp, my chest rising and falling in uneven breaths. My body felt heavy, my limbs weak, as if all my strength had been drained out of me. My head was throbbing, and a dull ache spread through my legs, making it hard to move. The room around me was dimly lit, unfamiliar. The walls fell too far away, and the silence pressed against my ears. I tried to sit up, but my arms trembled beneath my weight. Something was wrong.

Addison I wake up to a heavyweight pressing into my chest. It's making it painful to draw air into my lungs. Damn Jason. Holy shit, he is heavy. I inhale sharply but have trouble pushing out my chest. Fucking hell... The sunlight is dancing through the curtains, birds are singing; everything would be perfect if I weren't squished half to death by this giant linebacker. Jason's position requires height and weight, but my body wasn't made for him to use me as a pillow.
