Her hand was discreetly placed inside her bag and she blindly searched for her phone.
Soon, Theo parked the car in a secluded, dimly lit place. Her anxiety kicked in immediately. At the same time, her hand finally got hold of her phone, but before she could dial 911, Theo spoke, “There will be a fireworks display any moment now.” He commented, then got out of the car, opened the back of his Grand Cherokee, and sat there.
She heaved a sigh of relief, then followed him, “Oh! I like fireworks,” she replied while smiling awkwardly.
