I knew something was wrong with Dawn this morning when we woke. She seemed distant, and ushered me right out the door, asking more than once when I would be back. Glancing out the bedroom window, I look out at the Purity Pack. I don't know where she would be. What I do know, is this isn't over.

I said, out of nowhere. “What?” Lucas asked. “The 15 vampires left with Lacy.” I said. “It was daytime.” Lucas said. “Exactly. They are half breeds as well. Day walkers.” I said. “Alright. So, they’ve started changing werewolves. We’ll get the word out.” Lucas assured me. “That’s not what I mean.” I said. “What then?” He asked. “Why would Lacy need 15 vampires to go anywhere with her if she’s a half breed and can walk in the daytime?” I asked.
