He looked up at me and spat out a chunk of the man, and nodded, ready to go. I walked on, opening doors to make sure they were clear as we passed, knowing Xander and Elias probably had Balista cornered in one of them. I kicked in a door to the left, and no one was there. "Clear!" A few wolves ran past, but Seven stayed on my flank. Gunfire, growling, shouts, and screams echoed off the walls in the warehouse as we made our way through. I kicked open a door to the right. Nothing. "Clear!" Then I came to another door across the hallway and heard voices. I kicked it open, and Xander and Elias were standing there nude, having just shifted, and Balista and Sasha were backed against the wall.

Devin sighed and gave me a pity look. “He’ll come around.” He assured me. “In the meantime, it’s a beautiful day and the sun is up. You wanna go for a walk?” he asked and shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal, only if he knew what he just did. He just invited a vampire for a walk, in the sun. Good thing I’m a day lighter. “Sure.” I said and stood up from the chair I was seated. “So, what do you wanna talk about?” He asked swinging his arms beside him while staring at my face making me a little more uncomfortable than I already am.

The worst part was that if he could not remove the bullet, he might collapse in a matter of minutes. His werewolf pack just pulled out a bullet from his shoulder in the middle of their annual meeting. And currently, his body was injected with another bullet. That makes Nicholas think about which part of his body will be injected with a bullet next time. I had shot her in her lower abdomen and she was obviously bleeding and would be dead in a few minutes. "I...wouldn't die." She said as she choked on her own blood. "I'm a motherfucking werewolf!!! Wayne drew a deep breath and howled as loud as he could, hoping the windows of this place didn't dampen his call for aid, he didn't care who heard him, as long as his pack does, but he was quickly silenced and Kaylee screamed.

As the seconds passed, her grip on the pillow tightened, her mind unable to comprehend the fact that Wayne was gone. 'Is Wayne really dead?' she inwardly questioned herself, her voice filled with disbelief. If the police hadn't handed Wayne's ashes to Dean, Kaylar wouldn't have believed it. She shot her eyes tightly, trying to shut out the haunting image of Wayne's burnt car that played over and over in her mind.

No one dared say a word as he marched up to the Rose’s room. The security guards were still there and stood upright when they saw him approach. “Sir, like we said befo…” “Sorry about this.” Wayne interrupted the taller one and deftly wrapped his hands around his neck. Tom took care of the shorter one and they were both lying unconscious within seconds. Wayne threw open the door with a bang. Rose and Jessica stared at him in shock. Rose was sitting up and Jessica was holding a bottle of water in front of Rose’s mouth. “Jessica get the hell away from her!” Wayne thundered.

He had redirected the static energy into their bodies, just as a thunder arrest diverted the energy to the earth. The three phantoms swayed on their feet from the effects of the electric shock. Immediately, Wayne rushed toward them. He retrieved the blade from the young male and slammed it into his neck. Then he pivoted and jabbed the other in his jaw, dislocating it. Then swerved over and rammed the blade into the third male's pelvic girdle. Three of them collapsed to the floor. "You wanted to witness how brutal I can be, now you have seen it. Satisfied?" Wayne bared his fangs at them.

"Liar! Vampires will never hurt my mom! Tell me you are lying! Tell me! My mom is alive! They will never hurt an innocent woman like her! Waylan shouted in tears. "It's the truth! If you don't want to believe me then go home to see the truth!" his stepdad shouted back at her. Waylan suddenly falls to her knees. "No! Vampires never lay a single hand on me so how can they hurt my mom. Vampires never hurt humans!" Waylan murmured in tears. "You can still say that despite knowing the truth that they killed your mom!" an old lady standing beside his stepdad shouted. Waylan stood up angrily in front of all the humans watching the mountain got burned. She look at his stepdad while holding her phone

“We don't lock anyone up in this bunker.” I frowned. Mr. Alvaro's gaze turned toward a short young man whose face was very similar to Dylan O'Brien's. The young man grinned nervously. “Sorry, Uncle, I thought Uncle took the woman into custody. The problem is she is a vampire, so I thought—” “Right, you thought!” Mr. Alvaro barked. The people inside the bunker laughed. “And David, why do you have to believe Arga's words? You—!”
