Curse of the Hallow Moon

Curse of the Hallow Moon

They were too far into the hunt now. The vampire was now running at full speed down the middle of 54th Street, which was surely a good pace, but it was nowhere near as fast as his pursuers. Billy watched as the vampire dodged an oncoming car with ease and when a city bus came barreling down the lane at him, he jumped atop it and ran down its length. The four werewolves split and let the bus run down between them. When they had reached the other side, Billy expected the vampire to come into view. Instead, he was greeted by the sight of a motorcycle hurdling at him. He ducked and avoided taking the hit, but Willis, who was right behind him, caught the bike in the face and was slammed to the gr

Destruction of The Seelie Court

Destruction of The Seelie Court

His voice is full of pain as he whispers, “Run, Lisha. Get out of here, save our son.” We had been running for an hour; the deeper we ran into the forest, the darker it became; sunlight struggled to break through the trees above us. The crunch of dying leaves under our feet when we stepped on them echoed in the silence, and animals scattered out of our path; we stopped for a moment to look at the map. Lilly inclined her head toward a mountain looming in front of us; after taking a quick sip of water, we started running again; twigs snagged in our hair as we tried to dodge low branches in our path. The sounds of wolves fighting and their howls became more distant the longer we ran; Lilly held

His Stubborn Un-Rejectable Mate

His Stubborn Un-Rejectable Mate

“We would run with you.” “I told them they had to be fast, but they think they can keep up,” Wesley shrugs. “I won’t be joining in the wolf run, but I can do six miles in human form,” Victor smiles. “Wow,” Marcella smiles. “Thank you, guys.” “Hey, we got your back Luna, the way you have ours,” Mark and Marcella share a look I don’t understand, but I’m not upset by either. “Thanks,” Marcella smiles and we all start running. Ki and Marcella lead and us men try to keep up.

The Werewolf Hunter's Secret

The Werewolf Hunter's Secret

I was getting better at it. Wyatt grinned and then Dex stood before me. He took off running and Dali followed. I thought Dali could run fast, but Dex was faster. He had to stop several times and wait for us to catch up. I needed to remember to remind Wyatt of his promise to train with me and Dali to make us as strong as a Lycan. I would also need to take up endurance training, if this run was any indication. I was winded and my muscles were burning like crazy.

Taming the Alpha Twins

Taming the Alpha Twins

“How long do you think he’ll take to get back here? I think he must run here.” “It took us the better part of an hour, so you might as well relax and get comfortable. We’re in for quite a wait.” Wally settled down and led against a fallen log. “I’m thinking we might want to leave some food out. If the shifters don’t eat it, then there are animals that will.”

Fourteen Days To Forever

Fourteen Days To Forever

He huffs and accelerates, jumping over and under branches and fallen trees, making sharp turns, fleeing habits kicking in. A thrill of pleasure crawls through his spine when he sees Weston struggling to keep up. The challenge makes Millan's hair bristle and shifts his focus out of his mind and into his muscles. Weston is fast and more agile than your typical alpha. He seems to get as much fun out of this as Millan since he gets more than one chance to put Millan to a stop and clearly refrains from doing so. They run until the sun sets and the crescent moon takes its place.

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Up ahead, Wally realized no one was following him. He glanced back and saw his sister already walking off in the distance. He completely ignored Hayley, who was trailing behind Diana. Wally frowned, then looked down at the extra vial of serum in his hand. Who gave him this? Where did they go? When did they slip away? He stood there, puzzled for a few seconds, then shook it off and turned back toward the lab. Just some low-level researcher, nothing worth chasing down.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

Running with Wolves

Running with Wolves

“Stay here until I tell you to run. And then you run. Fast. Do you understand? He feels her nod. Slowly, he steps out of the elevator. And the Hybrid steps closer too. The growl in his chest became louder. The Hybrid started to walk. Slowly– taunting him. Remus walked too, determined to put enough distance from him and Eden. Then the Hybrid ran. Remus stopped and shouted his command, “Run!” Eden took off to the other wing of the building. She knew something was wrong. Remus felt different. The hooded figure terrified her to the bones and so did Remus. So when he shouted for her to run, she did. But he didn’t tell her not to look back– which she also did.

Fighting Destiny: Red Moon Pack (Book 1)

Fighting Destiny: Red Moon Pack (Book 1)

I sighed, “We can’t let that much time pass again. After this attack is done and we can live a normal life, we might be able to get back to our long runs.” Wendy smiled, “I miss those runs. They were always so therapeutic for me.” I agreed, “Me too.” Isaac smiled, “They were fun… especially when mom and dad joined us.” I chuckled, “Your mom shocked you so much on our first twenty-mile run.” Isaac laughed, “I didn’t expect her to be such an expert runner.” I giggled, “What part of track and field medal winner did you not understand?” Isaac shrugged, “You got me.” After finishing our work out and taking our showers, I started cooking breakfast. I had decided waffles with raspberries, strawberr

Runaway From The Alpha

Runaway From The Alpha

I pointed out the route to Bernie, "If you have no more questions, let's run." “I need to leave early today so I only ran five laps!” Having said that, I warmed up for a bit and then started running. When I had run a lap, Bernie caught up with me. He seemed like a regular exerciser. Half a lap in the park is also more than a kilometer. Bernie is not breathing fast or showing any signs of fatigue. He adjusted the pace to match me, then said: “My mother just called. She said that I needed to go home a little early. I'll be back with you soon."
