Aries did not have clothes as he had shifted to fight, none of his warriors did. Some had grabbed a few articles as the fighting stopped slipping them on. That makes her fair game for anyone so back off.” Quinn lets out one of the most menacing growls I have ever heard from the guy. He grabs the warrior by the throat, lifts him into the air and body slams him to the ground. “I SAID SHE IS MINE! This is your last warning. Touch her again and I will kill you.” As Quinn pins the warrior to the ground, his pack mates start exiting the water to come lend a hand if needed. The warrior that was on the ground must have linked them to stay out of it because they all came to an abrupt stop about ten feet away from where he was.

Their howls rip through the air as they choose their doom. We don’t wait. Maddox lunges first, a blur of muscle and fury, tearing through the line and aiming straight for Markus. Markus reacts fast, too fast, shoving two warriors forward, using them as living shields, their snarls cut short as we rip through them without slowing. Blood sprays. Screams choke into wet silence. Drake stepped into the center and removed his silk shirt, revealing hard muscles and old scars. At the base of his neck, my mark stood out. A small scar that looked like a crown of fire under the light. Glacier saw it. Clearly. My heart clenched. A mark? How… when? Drake drew his long black sword. Glacier pulled out two short blades, silver light flashing along their edges.

"Nice work! We have caught one of the enemies and now we need to find out what he can tell us about his group. Did you all see his mark?" I asked to make sure that we are certain about him. "Yes, it is in his back Alpha." Beta Alex turned him around as fast and broke his shirt while he groans in pain to show the skin on his behind. The Mark on his back is big enough to confirm that he is a part of the large group that wants to conquer us. I walk towards him and made him face me the warriors and Beta Alex backed away for a safe distance. "Tell me your name!?"
