Silas took a deep breath and entered the tent, followed by Alex and Finn. "Your Majesty, I have brought someone I'd like you to meet," Silas said, bowing before the Alpha. "Who is it?" Zemo asked, looking up. "This is my uncle Mark. Remember, I told you about him.He trained me in combat when I was younger," Silas replied, trying to sound casual. Finn stepped out of the tent to join the other warriors when he saw the ease everywhere.

Kael noticed too. “What happened?” The warrior glanced briefly toward me before answering. “The markings.” My stomach tightened instantly. “What markings?” “The silver ones,” he said carefully. “They’re appearing across the territory.” Silence followed immediately. Cassian frowned. “That doesn’t sound reassuring.” No. It didn’t.

“Bring him in.” The warrior nodded and stepped aside. A moment later, a tall, scarred man walked in, his presence commanding. His dark hair was streaked with silver, his amber eyes sharp with experience. “My name is Garrick,” he said, his voice deep and rough. “I used to run with Miguel’s pack before I saw the monster he really is.” Kaida narrowed her eyes. “And why should we trust you?” Garrick smirked. “Because I hate him more than you do.”

My lips invaded her neck hungrily and she gasped in shock when my fangs nipped her drawing blood.
