The Vampire King's Abused Human Mate

The Vampire King's Abused Human Mate

“With any luck, I may even allow you to meet your son, but never forget that he will be my grandson first.” I clenched my jaw, watching him vanish. I turned back and pulled at the restraints. I felt the castle trying to stop me, trying to keep me here, but I ignored it. I pulled until I heard the shackles pop and crack. The chains went flying from the walls. The castle closed off the grate I could see through and plunged me into darkness. I put my hands on the nearest stone wall feeling almost apologetic. For centuries the castle had been my home. It had been the home where I thought my wife and I would live and raise our children. I thought I would bring Trinity and our child back here. Tha

THE TYRANT'S BABY

THE TYRANT'S BABY

She had been thrust into a different world—a world that matched the time and setting of the book. Her pulse raced and her mind started spinning as she tried to make sense of it. She recognized the towering castle in the distance as its dark spires pierced the gray clouds above. It was the same castle King Alaric ruled described in the book. The castle where Rosalind had been trapped in her tragic fate.

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

Mated to my Ex's Lycan King Dad

I took them in a glance and started to help her. “Yeah! It’s going to be the biggest castle in the world!” I laughed. Her tiny face screwed up in concentration as she added another brick to the structure. “Is that so?” I chuckled. “Did you know I live in a castle?” Cecil’s eyes went wide with awe. “Really, Uncle Charles? Like, a real castle with towers and everything?” “Exactly like that,” I said, grinning. “It’s called Lycan Castle. It’s very old and has a lot of history. It’s got towers, secret passages, everything a real castle should have.”

It's a good book but very short chapters. in all honesty, you can skip 5 chapters, and they will still talk about the same thing in the next chapter. I got bored in the beginning, but if you keep reading, it gets better.

I liked the book. However, I felt that things were wrapped up in a hurry. There was no explanation how set came back and no epilogue to finish up the last few strings of the kids and the castle. Love it overall just wished a few more things were explained.

A Woman Worth Billions, Dated the Wrong Brother

A Woman Worth Billions, Dated the Wrong Brother

I couldn't help laughing. The truth was... They weren't worried. They were bored. Very, very bored. Apparently living in a centuries-old castle wasn't exciting anymore. Imagine that. I looked around the enormous sitting room. Stone walls. Massive fireplaces. Hidden passages. Ancient paintings. A library larger than my old school. We literally lived in a castle. I mentally added a generous amount of sarcasm to that thought. Apparently castles became boring too. Alice dramatically threw herself across one of the sofas.

MONSTER'S TATTOO

MONSTER'S TATTOO

she explained. "What do we do now?" I asked. "We need to heal your husband but before that you will have to come with me." She said as she embraced me in her arms and we vanished from the castle. "Where have you brought me mother?" I asked the moment she put me down. "This is where our castle was under the leadership of your dad. Your father was a great king and everyone one in the castle loved him so much. He always supported the truth and never hurt someone intentionally. He was the supreme ruler with a lot of magic and powers. This is where our bedroom was, the place of my sweetest memories."she said as we walked around the abandoned place. This is the place from where your father-in-law

Rejected by Lycan Steven

Rejected by Lycan Steven

In the once tranquil realm of our castle, my world fell apart the moment I stepped foot on its grounds. I just escaped from Lycan Steven, and this is the first thing I have seen. The majestic castle, a symbol of our family's legacy, was engulfed in ferocious flames, its once regal spires now wreathed in fire and smoke. The scene was chaotic, with villagers gathered around, their expressions a mix of pity and malice. Confusion and despair gripped me. "W-What's happening?!" My voice tore through the air, a desperate plea for understanding. Only hours before, I had narrowly escaped of my mate, and now I was confronted with this inferno – my home burning in fire.

Contracted to the Uncrowned King

Contracted to the Uncrowned King

There was a lot to do to get ready for the event and it was better that we focus. On the bright side, I had never felt more alive living in the castle, waking up next to Violet in what we had figured out were the royal chambers of the castle. Between the two of us, we had the entire castle cleaned, shined, polished, furnished, and decorated before we had even decided on an invitation style.

The Alpha's Slave

The Alpha's Slave

Bianca's POV Clutching Marvin's little hand to mine, I dragged the luggage I had with me as well. We got into the castle, and the guards standing in front of the gate bowed at me. “Oh my goodness, Mom. This is such a massive house. Are you trying to tell me that the man you called my father lives here all alone?” Marvin gasped in surprise. “There are many servants, slaves, and guards in the Castle. You have to trust me Marvin I can get rid of any other person who tries to invade in our privacy when we become one, big happy family” I smiled at him dryly.

Purest Hearts

Purest Hearts

explained Mrs Smith. She looked at Marianne with a bit of compassion and made a long sigh then said: “Look it must be hard for you that you can’t remember any of these. This place is where you had spent your days when you were young and after your parents had passed away. Your mother didn’t like living in the castle. This is where you stayed since you were born, but when you started going to nursery, your father convinced your mum that you should live in the castle as you will be starting to have your own friends. You all moved into the castle but your mum still spent her time here during the day. I guess the big spaces aren't for her. You called this place “Marianne Cottage”.

Mesmerize Me

Mesmerize Me

In fairy tales, castles usually collapse with a single spell. In real life, all it takes is a late-night call, a lifeless message, a knock at the door… Since Mom died, my castle had become far too big, far too quiet—without fairies to fix the mess or princes to save anyone. That’s why, when Kate showed up that weekend, it felt like a bit of magic returned to the place, as if someone had crossed the drawbridge just to make sure my kingdom hadn’t vanished completely.
