I rushed towards them and concentrated on my sense of sight to identify the perpetrator. Then I saw it. It was the beast of night and day. One that history had written about. The beast, called the Wendigo. I have never seen one, only read about them in books and scrolls. Wendigos were werewolves who had turned off their humanity, hunted, and killed their own. They are strictly carnivores and they feed on their own kind. They had no trace of logic in them but the worst thing was they could only complete their shift by dark magic.

Chapter 241 THEO The drawing happened by accident. It was after school, in the hour before dinner when I usually did homework or read or sorted the dinosaur collection according to whichever system I was using that week. I had my pencil in my hand because I had been going to finish the ankylosaurus from two nights ago, the one I had been working on when the dream came. I looked at the page. The ankylosaurus was half-finished, the body roughly right, the tail club still needing work. I had a reference picture propped against the lamp that I had been using to get the proportions correct.

Wiggy and Lillian stared warily at the eight Ogre before them, waiting for which one would strike first. The three Ogres from the left side roared, swinging their massive weapons. Author's notes Jaxon is definitely going to turn to a whole different person after he visits the Wendigos. To clear up the confusion, Wendigos in my own context are just like wolves but slightly different in personalities. They suck blood like vampires, cast spells, seduce like the sirens, shift like wolves and manipulates voices in their victim... we're just starting the ride, please vote for my book❤️

Near, he made the crude shapes of various of his new and older brothers: Skeletor was a small horned humanoid, lumps represented the rats and squirrels, some tunneling worms, vultures, beetles, and even some ants.

When fully transformed, the wendigo’s host actively seeks human victims to devour, often hibernating for long periods between episodes of feeding. During this time, the creature is still fully aware of its surroundings and able to exercise a certain degree of influence over anything in its territory. This can result in anything from the blighting of crops to cursing trespassers with its own insatiable appetite. The wendigo may even guide those afflicted to commit atrocities using a measure of its own powers.
