Werewolf Academy
The reflection staring back at me isn’t my own.
A massive, brown wolf, fur thick and wild, eyes glowing a searing, unnatural blue—just like they did when Luca marked me. My breath is a hurricane inside my chest, each inhale rattling against my ribs like a caged beast, but the sound of it is drowned out by the chaos erupting outside. The gym lights flicker, casting shadows that stretch and distort over the walls. Distant explosions thunder through the academy, the walls trembling with each impact. Screams—both human and werewolf—pierce the air, tangled with the primal howls of those who have already shifted, those who are fighting, those who are fleeing.
