My Hockey Alpha

My Hockey Alpha

“Something to mask our human scent. So we don’t appear human when we wear it.” My eyes widened in shock. “I had no idea,” I said. “I… I never noticed.” “I’ve heard of this before,” Enzo said. “It’s very subtle, Nina. It’s not so much that it’ll make the user appear like a werewolf, but it rather—” “Masks the fact that we’re human,” my mother finished. “Keeps us under the radar, basically. It’s not foolproof, but it helps so long as no one scrutinizes us too closely.”

the story is great don't get me wrong. this book is two parts as we speak, the first is when Nina and Enzo met and they get their happily ever after. the Book two is their life after marriage. let me just say "The story plot is getting redundant". the conflict presented is just repeating...

This started out promising and quickly turned into a waste of time. The FMC is a dumb, cringey, genetic, basic b!tch. Posts won't be shown without a 5 star rating, but this is definitely a 1 star. 2 if feeling generous.

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Not only did the masks they handed us match our attire, but each one was embellished with details that seemed tailored to who we were. Azrael’s had wolves leaping along the silver material, howling at a moon just out of sight. Draco’s was similar, though his wolves were larger, interwoven with wisps of darkness, fierce as they stalked their way across his mask with hackles raised and teeth bared. Orion’s, whilst also sporting a few wolves, had bursts of magic that trailed down his temples and across his high cheekbones. Holding mine in my hands, I traced the glittering black material with a trembling fingertip. At the center of my forehead was a crescent moon overlayed with tiny gemstones. C

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

Prisoner Of the Cursed Alpha

Prisoner Of the Cursed Alpha

"He’s wearing a mask... They say he never takes it off, except when he’s about to kill his enemies. If you see his face, it means you’re about to face the most terrible death you can imagine." There was a mix of fear and curiosity in her eyes. It was almost amusing how much the legends surrounding me had grown. "I heard he wears a silver mask. Even though it burns his face and leaves scars, he does it to become immune to silver. He’s different from most werewolves, but his face was destroyed by that training," another woman murmured, her gaze intrigued, as if trying to catch a glimpse of what was behind the mask. "Is it true that he's engaged to Alpha Damon's daughter?" one of them asked, bi

BLOOD BOUND TO HER THREE MATES

BLOOD BOUND TO HER THREE MATES

The male stood like it was absolutely nothing and he shifted with a terrible scream before he came at her again. “Duck!” Riordan yelled and an axe twacked into the forehead of the beast that nearly got her. Werewolves? Something about the way they moved unnerved her, not like the usual werewolves she fought before in the least. Was the mask a part of them? The damn thing had melded to accommodate their new features, with terrible looking spikes for teeth that would grind bones into dust. “Get a grip. We’re not sightseeing.” Riordan growled as he threw one of them into a tree.

Finding My True Alpha with the Wooden Mask

Finding My True Alpha with the Wooden Mask

He had been strictly trained since childhood, and even sneaking out to see me was a huge risk. His father had warned him, "Emotions are a weakness for a pack's Alpha." So, he had no choice but to wear a mask and be a nameless shadow. I had mistakenly thought Jackson was the boy, all because he wore a similar mask as an adult. Later, once Waylon had grown strong, he had wanted to tell me the truth. But by then, I had already risked everything—even sacrificed my wolf—to save Jackson. During that year I lay in a coma, it was Waylon who stayed by my bedside every night.

Stuck Between Two Alphas

Stuck Between Two Alphas

They moved fast. Two figures shot out from the shadows, dressed in black, faces hidden behind crude, bone-white masks that looked carved from porcelain. Their movements were precise. Werewolves, definitely. Their scent hit me like iron and earth. I didn’t hesitate. I kicked the first one square in the chest, using the bench as leverage. He staggered, but the second one grabbed my arm and twisted it behind my back. I screamed and spun, elbowing him in the gut, but he barely flinched.

I went on. Mason’s jaw tightened, but he didn’t argue. Instead, he shifted, propping himself up on one elbow so he could look down at me. “What about the attack on your pack? Did you recognize anyone? Anything?” I shook my head. “No. They were wearing masks and cloaks, and their scents were completely concealed. I don’t even know if they were Outworlders or humans.” His brow furrowed, and for a moment, he said nothing. Then, almost to himself, he muttered, “Werewolf hunters.”

When I’m Gone, You Love

When I’m Gone, You Love

Wolves in their human forms moved in and out of the entrance in masks and formal wear, and the air was thick with competing scents, cedar and pine and smoke and flowers, dozens of wolves pressed into a single space, each one carrying their rank and their power on their skin. At the entrance, a table held rows of masks arranged by design. Martin picked through them and selected one, holding it up for me to see. A white rabbit, delicate and feminine, with long ears that curved back and small pearls set into the edges. "A rabbit?" I said. "Trust me." He fastened it gently over my face, adjusting the ribbons at the back of my head. "A room full of wolves, and you walk in as a rabbit. Every eye i

The Alpha's rejected mate

The Alpha's rejected mate

"Kaelen isn't stupid. He heard the rumors." He tossed me a sword—a sleek, black blade made of obsidian glass. "Suit up, Elara," Alaric commanded. "You wanted to know if you were ready? Tonight, we find out." "I can't fight them," I said, panic flaring. "If they see me... if Kaelen is with them..." "You won't fight as Elara Vance," Alaric said, pulling a mask from a shelf. It was made of bleached bone, shaped like the upper skull of a wolf. It covered the eyes and nose, leaving only the mouth exposed. It was terrifying.

The Alpha's Plump Luna

The Alpha's Plump Luna

[RHIANNON] The pups' classroom was chaos wrapped in laughter. Clay covered every surface—tables, floors, small hands, and my apron. Ten young wolves worked on mask-making with more enthusiasm than skill, creating lopsided wolf faces that barely resembled anything canine. "Mine's Nyx!" A small girl held up a creation with crooked ears and fangs the size of her fist. "That's not what Nyx looks like," another pup argued. "Nyx is beautiful and scary. Yours just looks scared."
