What Is Hell Like According To The Bible Novels & Stories

Shit. My brother once told me Hell was a really beautiful place, but I never quite believed him. How could a place where demons and wolves live be beautiful? Until this second, when I’m staring at all of Hell right in front of me, I never once imagined it was like this. A giant tree has grown from below the city, and its entangled roots stretch everywhere they can. I remember the tree being called the Tree of Ignis.

Death was not as I’d imagined it be nor as I had been taught to believe. I am sinner in the eyes of God and yet when I appeared in the place, my final destination. Where I was sure I’d begin my eternal torment in Hell’s embrace. Yet, there was nothing here, nothing at all.

There I was once again in a dark room, listening to the fight going on outside. I cover my ears, willing myself to close it out. To be anywhere but here again. It had been a few years since I had been locked in my own mind. Everywhere I turned was a new memory, a new trauma. I remember as a child, everyone would talk about hell. How it’s a place bad people where sent. A place far away from earth, a place you could only be sent to by god. But as I grew, I came to learn, hell wasn’t a mythical place. Hell was right here, it lived among us. It lived right under our noses, it lived in the darkest places of the human mind. The places we wanted to pretend didn’t exist. Hell was man made.

After a few more moments, he then breathed a long deep breath, and he died. Now it’s all become a puzzle to me because other religions say that there’s no purgatory. There are heaven and hell, yeah, but from what I know, and it says in the Bible, until the time of, judgment, no one will be able to go to heaven or hell. But I’m confused with those dying people who say that they see fire or someone coming for them. Because, from what I remember, it says in the Bible that when you die it’s like you’re going to sleep. Why are there people who get escorted out of their bodies or what?

I am not strong enough to survive another reality check of the brutal life. ****** Hola beautiful people!! Shocked anyone...?? Did anyone of you thought some thing like this to occur..? I actually don't know what changed my mind, and even if I did know, I just couldn't see myself coming to terms with it. Hell was not what I had imagined at all. Who said it was a pit of flames? Given, it's very hot, but it's not on fire per se. The scenery is amazingly beautiful with glimmering lights and shining buildings throughout the realms. It was always nighttime in hell and the lower the level (descending), the hotter it was. There are ten levels of hell. Seven levels are dedicated to the Cardinal sins: pride, envy, wrath, greed, sloth, gluttony, & lust. The eighth and ninth levels are for demons and their quarters. The tenth level is reserved for the King.

I was literally in an abyss of darkness, numbness and pain. Wait, they always say hell is filled with darkness, anguish and pain. I guess this is it, I made it to hell, the bottomless pit, the great void space, the netherworld, the abode of the dead, the land of the dead, the infernal regions, the great inferno, the nether regions, the abyss.

His body was going numb, but a shooting pain unfurled in the deepest pit of his stomach when he thought about the image of Ruhi lying on the floor. Was she conscious? He couldn't remember. Everything happened too quickly, and death was racing to meet him. He was sure he would go to hell for all the wrongs he did; if there was a heaven and a hell that is. Hell smelled very familiar to him. It was actually a scent he yearned for... the warm feeling he lived for. It had engulfed his body so much so that it no longer felt like hell. There was no more pain or dread, just the sweet fragrance he had grown to love so much.

I even gave a tiny snort. "I want you to get me a soul," he deadpanned and all traces of my initial mirth disappeared faster than it came. "Me?" Wait, what?! "You're honestly insane, are you even really here or this a dream?" "Does this look like a dream?" He whispered and his head snapped up to glare at me, I froze and stared into his black eyes and saw fire, the kind Christians claimed burned in hell and I cowered in fear of that powerful flame. I could hear voices of numerous people wailing about the suffering, they screamed and howled about how excruciating the pains were and I felt as though I had joined the multitude of voices perishing in there. Hell was real, everlasting suffering ex

"No, this isn't heaven." The fog thickened, curling around my legs. The air was thick — heavy enough that even my breath sounded distant. "Maybe…" I said quietly, "maybe this is hell." But hell, according to every frightened priest I'd ever met, was fire and lava and torment — endless screams echoing through caverns of flame. There was none of that here. No heat, no screams. Just a strange, haunting stillness. I exhaled sharply. "Too beautiful for hell," I said under my breath. "And too ugly for heaven."
