he says, “I can’t even smell your wolf. Shift for us, I want to see how good you are.” I am like a child who has been caught stealing cookies from a cookie jar. I look down at my feet and clench my jaw. “I haven't found my wolf yet.” Helios slaps his thigh, turns to Hunter and raises both arms. He is flabbergasted. “She’s an omega with no wolf.” He shakes his head incredulously. “How is she supposed to fight? Have a dance-off with the enemy pack?” “Start her off with shootings. Then give her blades for physical combat.”

"A what?" He laughed. "An Omega man. He doesn't care about being seen by his peers as the toughest, smartest, most popular." "Like the typical alpha," she commented. "Exactly. Omega men have a resourcefulness and cunning to get the job done with their own skill. They are all things alpha and more." He swallowed some coffee. "When I left for the Marines, my father gave me a tiny pin to wear, the Greek Omega symbol. He told me to carry it into battle and use it as a guiding force in my life. History was being written then and there, the Calyx pack witnessed the unnatural sighting of the first eye-color changing wolf, with the rank that was considered to be the lowest. he says to Elise, who is in total disbelief. That wasn’t right; omegas were so rare that there weren’t many born in the last decades, and Elise had been made to believe she was a beta, so how? Literal wars have been waged for just gifted wolves and omegas, and the realization just settled in Elise, and Ka’als words were very real. And she might be an omega. But worst of all,. They were in danger, and they were utterly surrounded by rouges with no way out.

“Okay, but I’ve never seen an omega with venom like that. It must be the type of wolf species she is. Nothing in here matches the information I could find from our sample.” “So you’re saying my girlfriend’s a mutant wolf?” Rex chuckled, but there was nothing funny about this. “No, Maverick. She’s a different species. Like a white wolf.” “She’s a white omega. Those are rare, right?” Rex nodded. “A pure white wolf is rare. So who is she?” “O— You don’t need to know that.” “After all I’ve done for you! You can’t trust me enough to tell me who you’re going out with?” Rex growled.

She wasn't even an Alpha. She was something else, something divine. Her form expanded growing larger and more muscular than any female wolf I had ever seen. I had read about this form in the myths and legends of my kind. Jinx wasn't an ordinary wolf. She was a Lunar Blood. A direct descendant of the first wolves, a line though
