William retorted, raising his hand in the air. Shishir glared at him before turning to the screen behind them. “Have a look by yourself…” he announced. Suddenly a video started to play. William walked to the washroom and standing opposite the mirror looked around. When the people inside the washroom all walked out, he dialed a number on his smartwatch. After a while, a man answered the call. “How is it going?” he questioned drawing the watch close to his face. “It’s going well. Don’t worry, I have hacked the system and made all the votes to be in your favor,” replied the man.

My lock screen wallpaper came into view and I smiled at the pretty picture of me, I unlocked it and the home screen came into view, it was a picture of Nuel, Ella and I. I turned on the data connection and they kept streaming in, my phone froze for a short while. I opened WhatsApp, and there were thousands of messages. A few text messages caught my attention, my bank and a private number. I opened that of my bank and my account balance threw me off guard, it was so close to a million naira. The regular weekly payments still kept coming from Nuel and they even tripled in amount. I clicked on the private number's text and the last four caught my attention.

A remote access app. They mirrored your phone last night. Texts. Emails. Call logs. Everything."

But when I got to the garage, Caleb was already gone with the car. I called my driver to pick me up from Madam Helen’s place. As it turned on, I noticed that the recent app was WhatsApp and I clearly remember I was using Instagram while it suddenly went off. I opened it and I saw that new messages have been sent… to Hannah. Crap, someone called her out of her house and my phone is hacked. What the hell is happening? I ran downstairs and ignoring my mom’s lectures and calls, I drove to Hannah’s home. I just hope that whoever it was, hasn’t got her yet.

I laughed. After pressing several buttons, and waiting to hack wherever it was. The information I needed popped up. "Computer number 0017." I said. Instantly, Jasper was on his phone.
