"It feels like a princess or a fairy in heaven. Everything is so beautiful, isn’t it?" Princess? Fairy? Cara could only smile faintly at the exaggerated comparison. She had long stopped believing in fairy tales. In Cara’s mind, Agatha was painting a world that was far too alien to her. When Cara had agreed to come here, she had envisioned a simple little room with a bed and a study desk. If there wasn’t a bed, she would have been fine sleeping on the floor. But the reality was entirely different. Everything in this house didn’t make her happy—in fact, it only made her feel more pressured.
