My claws almost pushed through my skin as I bit my lip to stop myself from crying out. I shot up from the bed, not even caring that I was wearing nothing but one of his oversized black shirts that barely reached mid-thigh. No bra. No slippers. My bare feet hit the cold marble like a damn storm. Let them stare, Let them see the supposed "Luna" of the most feared Alpha in the werewolf world march through the mansion like a scorned ghost. They wanted drama? I’d give them a whole damn season. When I found Damien standing outside near the east wing, speaking to Zayn, I didn't even pause to breathe.

Damon didn't hesitate barely noticing he was bleeding from the throw, and biting into my father's unguarded neck. The werewolf howled, trying to shake him off but Damon tried to hold fast sinking his canines deeper into his neck as blood splashed everywhere, staining his black fur as well as my father's, but soon his canines lost their grip and he flew back, knocking into the crowd of his pack along with Christian who stood up immediately. The wolves jumped back, snarling and encouraging their Alpha to get back up. Damon fumbled to his paws, his ears flat on his head, smearing blood on his brown coat.

I asked, my voice laced with doubt. Damon took a deep breath, his eyes never leaving mine. "Lily, you are my mate," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I am a werewolf, and you are my destined partner." I couldn't help but scoff at his words, thinking he was mocking me. "A werewolf? Seriously, Damon? Are you trying to play with my feelings?" I asked, my voice filled with disbelief. But Damon was ready to prove me wrong. Without hesitation, he began to transform, taking off his shirt, jeans, and shoes. I watched in stunned silence as his body changed, his muscles shifting and contorting until he stood before me in his wolf form.

The Witch’s Attack It begins with the howls. Not the familiar calls of patrol wolves announcing a shift change but sharp, twisted cries that slice through the night like broken glass. I jolt awake. However Dominic found himself on the dusty ground as Damon was quick to dodge his attack. Dominic felt embarrassed and that only enraged him further. Standing up he screamed with all his strength then jumped in the air only to land on the land a complete, fearsome looking beast- the black wolf. The black wolf snarls and growls at Damon in a deadly manner and after a few seconds of aggressive showing it pounces on Damon with teeth and claws ready to do permanent damage.

"New Order? You are just meat." He didn't wait for them to attack. He moved. He was a blur of violence. He grabbed the first wolf by the jaw. He ripped. The sickening sound of tearing wet paper filled the air. He tossed the body aside like a ragdoll. Blood sprayed across the white pillars. The second rogue lunged. He was faster. He sank his teeth into Damon’s shoulder. I screamed. "Damon!" The sound of my voice seemed to trigger something in him. Damon didn't cry out. He didn't even look at the wound. He grabbed the wolf’s head with both hands. He twisted. Snap. The wolf fell dead.

He was high. “I guess you guys had too much to drink. What’s with the celebration? Is anyone getting married?” Then, I quickly shifted and Echo used his paw to hit their heads. They both fell to the ground, unconscious. "Thanks Ech" "Don't even start. I'm not Ech. I'm Echo. I hate abbreviations." He said rudely. I grabbed the handle of the door finally. My wolf kept feeling the urge to take protection. "I smell danger, Damien. You sure you wanna go in? We could just turn back and forget about everyone we ever knew!" He said softly.

He kicked his hands on the table while making a furious face. "Damon was faster than Tyler!" I muttered. "Who are these Damon and Tyler?" He rolled his eyes. "I am talking about the web series—the vampire diaries!" I laughed, and he looked at me before rolling his eyes. "Excuse me—real life is different from web series." He shrugged his shoulders. "Ok, boss, I respect your opinion!" I smiled while making him calm. "Tell me something more about the werewolves." I licked his hand, which made me almost melt into his actions.

"Stay behind me." She stared at him — at the claws, the eyes, the coiled violence in every line of his body — and felt the last of her denial simply give out beneath her, like a floor she'd been standing on that had quietly rotted through weeks ago. He's one of them. He's a werewolf. The rogue shook off the impact and came again, faster this time, and Emily watched something shift across Damien's face — a fast, silent calculation, the recognition that whatever he was doing wasn't going to be enough.
