I can’t tell how helpless I am feeling to not be able to help her in growing and learning her true strength’ she placed her hand on my shoulder. ‘Don’t stress much. She will learn and grow by herself, give her some time. I understand your pain, but White Wolves are sacred and only they know about their real powers, nobody knows exactly what they hold, they are meant to save us, and they quietly do their job till they live.’ My heart sank, and my hold around her hand tightened.

“You’ll survive.” Grammy slammed her palm against the table, cutting through the banter. “Listen. This fight will not be won by species. It will be won by unity. A dragon cannot hold without a witch’s ward. A vampire cannot move in sunlight without a wolf to guard his back. You will mingle. You will fight as one. Or you will die as many.” The tent went quiet again, the weight of her words pressing into every chest. Kael, perched on Serenya’s knee, tilted his head. “That’s what W.I.L.D. means,” he piped up. “We all fight together. We all win together.”

I said, firmly. "Are you sure about that? You know, you could always join mine. We're the Brown pack, one of the best in the country. We're strong and loyal, but we're also nice and fair. Our Alpha is amazing, wise, and generous. Oh, and by the way, he's single," she said, giving me a playful wink. “No, thanks. I’m not interested. I’m happy being alone,” I said, firmly.

Daiji continued, introducing the pair of Kitsune flanking them with a jerk of his head in each of their directions. “Tsk, tsk, tsk, girl. Get any angrier and you’ll be as crimson as my nails,” Navin spoke…and wiggled her fucking fingers in my face. “I got them done just before we left to come here. I wanted yellow, but I figured Soaré would be wearing the color.”

It's probably the effect of the weed, or maybe we such good friends that we make each other laugh so hard? Nah, it's definitely the weed. "I'm pink," Ashley says, continuing with this little game. "Because of my hair." She starts to play with the ends of her mostly pink hair. "I'm grey, the color that's between dark and white," Kristen says. "Because I'm the innocent one here but I'm also moving to the dark side." She starts to giggle. "You are definitely going to the dark side." Tatiana agrees with her. "I still can't believe you are a virgin though."

Their second gift granted them the ability of making anyone submit to them by staring them in the eye and that made it impossible for anyone to look into their deep crystal blue eyes for more than three seconds because it paralyzed them in their fear. The white fur were all white wolves with crystal blue eyes and their wolf size was larger than any normal wolf. What distinguished them from others was their unique mark. It was a white crescent moon found mostly on their chest, wrist or back shoulder, and thus the name The White Crescent Pack. My heart skipped a beat and my hand clutched onto my chest where the mark was, involuntarily. No, no obviously no. I frantically searched for a picture

"Everyone knows the Rivera girl is a rare white wolf. Her pups will be top-tier Alphas, every single one. Whoever mates her becomes the future Alpha King." "And look at her—the Moon Goddess must've carved her by hand." "A wolf like that, blood like that, Is Damian insane?" "Poor Rivera girl. Her own mate doesn't even want her." The whispers circled. Everyone was certain I'd name Damian—they'd all seen how badly I'd fallen for him. In my last life, I worshiped Damian as my savior. White wolves are rare, which means my life was never peaceful. I got snatched by rogues once.

"Star doesn't have the same wolf spirt as a normal wolf, I don't know how to explain.. but White wolfs have an extra unique glow about them like an Aura." When I thought back on it, several times I had noticed a slight hugh of green to her like a bright light. Yet not really noticeable to the naked eye. But maybe because of our wolf vision only we could see it slightly. "Finding this out helps me locate her easier, only because there obviously isn't many white wolves. I don't think anyone else knows this, which is why no one had ever found another white wolf." Luna Aisling audibly gasped hearing this.

She questioned when Max had taken his seat. "The Underdogs." "Who are they?" She asked Innocently. He found out that she knew nothing about this but it delighted him to teach her. "The team wearing white." "Oh..." She gasped. "They're shiny and white. I love the color." "Why?" "It represent sacredness and purity. A very good choice" Bryce stared at her as she spoke. The more she talked, the more he wants her to continue. He wanted to know more. "I guess I like White too."

Instead, I could see the determination in her bright purple eyes. I was amazed that nobody made mention of her eyes; it was unusual for them to be purple instead of yellow. It made me nervous, but I didn’t express that concern. Within the next couple of minutes, Anila’s body had completely shifted, and she was the most beautiful pure white wolf I had ever seen. White wolves were a rarity, but Anila was one and she was gorgeous. She was also huge, not as big as my wolf, but bigger than an average female.
