With a nod, she let me pass while we made our way in, with fingers dancing through papers, and when we were done signing, I couldn't help but let it out in a breath.
"Hubby," I spelled out when he pulled out a 5-carat pink cushion diamond, which had both of our names etched on its band, before slipping it onto my fourth finger.
"Wifey," he grinned, closing his lips over mine in a hot, searing kiss.
I grinned, accepting his ring as I did the same to his finger when his eyes softened at me. We were lost in each other's gaze because we were the only ones in our world, the ones perfect for each other.
