As soon as he finished speaking, Jayla rushed to Lucas. Lucas looked at the wind blowing towards him and couldn't help shaking his head. "Swoosh!" With a point of his finger, the Patriarch of Bowman family, Jayla, died. Lucas' face naturally didn't change a bit. "He is too powerful! Truly too powerful!" The spectating citizens collapsed onto the ground. Because they had seen a scene that they would never be able to see again.

Felt them dying as the power consumed them from within. Dorian's last thought came through clearly: "Read the journal. The final instructions. Trust your grandmother's plan." Then he was gone. And Konstantin with him. Two more deaths I'd caused. Two more sacrifices. At the eastern site, I felt Raven and Elysia succeed. I only know how much time has passed because Lucas comes down here and updates me on what’s happening around the pack. We had no casualties, despite several small attacks at the borders. We did lose Danny. One of our newest and youngest warriors on the squad. Apparently, Justin was able to sink his claws into that kid and got him so twisted. It pained me to kill him. It hurts me, even more, to know that Danny died, and Justin lived. I let Justin live.

Anthony left for a vacation. It was Patricia's idea. She thought that going away for a short while, to enjoy life. He agreed because he wanted to be alone for some time. Peter increased the volume at the same minute. " Pamela, Dorothy's personal assistant died three days ago. It's not a death but a murder by a young vampire." the reported said. The Academy is behind as the background. Suddenly Cassie came into the view.

"I'm saying it's unusual. We'll do an autopsy if family requests." "I request it." Dr. Patel nodded. "I'll note that." He handed me paperwork. I took it mechanically. My mind was spinning. Could Flynn have done something? No. That was paranoid. But Sienna said The Covenant killed people. Daniel Torres died in an "accident." Gloria dies suddenly. Right after I started investigating.
