Why Can I Make My Vision Blurry On Command Novels & Stories

My vision gets blurry as I continue watching them making out until I can’t take it anymore and I press my back on the wall, wiping my tears away. What should I do to stop this reaction?

It was as if his eyes were covered with a red lacy material, preventing him from seeing clearly.
