Blurry Vision When Waking Up Novels & Stories

My vision blurs, and I Stagger before falling ungracefully to the floor. I blink, trying to stay awake, but I couldn't help it. Black seeps into my vision, and I fall unconscious.

My vision blurs “I… I think so.” I hear people rushing toward us, shouting. Sirens wail in the distance. My eyelids feel heavy. I try to stay awake, but the world around me blurs and the voices fade into nothing. Then, darkness. - When I wake, the harsh fluorescent lights of the hospital burn my eyes. I woke up in the medical centre. Blinking blearily, it took me a while to return to myself. My vision was blurred, hazy streaks of light and dark and other things, colourful things that I could not yet truly recognise, spun together and made my temples throb.

I mopped off the sweat that had covered my brows. Today was a different one. I had flashes of things I couldn't understand. Sometimes when I look at the vanity mirror, I see a blurry image, very unclear. I try to refocus, to see the image properly, but I always ended up with a splitting head that makes me feel like ripping off my head.

I opened my eyes but with the sunlight shining my eyes, I squinted my eyes to refrain any sunlight coming to my eyes and not get my headaches any more worse. I turned to the other side and opened my eyes a little. It was blurry and I couldn't see anything. I closed my eyes tight again and opened my eyes slowly. The blurriness slowly fades away. As the blurriness ran away, a familiar shirtless human was sleeping at my side of the bed. Oh no. Oh no no no! What happened last night? Why don't I have a memory of the night before. Please don't let this be what I think it is.

With my blurred vision, I was incapable of distinguishing anything more than their vague shapes. I slowly hoist my tired body up into a sitting position, leaning my body against the headpost, rubbing my eyes at the same time in an endeavor to clear my cloudy vision. This time my vision was very clear but still a bit dim, so blinking rapidly, I tried to adjust to a bright ray surrounding the room.
