Why Did Garp Let Ace Die Novels & Stories

I’ll wake up in the city of romance, with the love of my life, away from his pricky husband. —------------------------------------------------ Ace's POV I delivered the body to my father immediately after landing. He made me drop it at the door and leave, after telling me the long awaited news. I didn't get to see what he intended to do with it, but who cares? A dog has to be treated like a dog! I kept panting up and about in my house. The thought of my brother being alone with my wife in the city of romance didn't sit well with me. “I have to get there before two weeks elapse, or I could have the induced coma reversed.” I snapped my finger in joy, but it faded again; “What if he already had

The king raised a brow at him. He nodded. “I promise.” Alpha Grey was taken off the ground, and before Ace would help him back up, the slath soldier drove his dagger into his chest and killed him. Ace stood, watching what had just happened. He just lost Alpha Grey and could do nothing to help. He ran over to the slath and ripped out his heart. Then Ace got on top of Alpha Grey, whose eyes were closing. “No!” he heard, and it was the voice of Xoe. He rose immediately, wanting to know where the voice came from. The battle on the field didn’t make it easy, but he needed to find her. He knew she was in trouble, and he needed to save her before what happened to Alpha Grey happened to her.

~07~ “Sweetheart, you don’t have to tell me if you don’t feel like it. We’ll take things slowly.” Ace wiped the tear that fell from her pitiful eye. She felt scared to tell him anything about herself. But he needed to know who the person he was living with was. So she took a long breath and decided to give it a shot. If he rejects her even then, she won’t pester him to keep her. She’ll leave and go wherever the hell she was written to be. She was done begging to be loved and treated like a human being.

He didn’t wait for a response he just hurriedly walked to their room. Pushing the doors open, Erica stood over Runa’s paralyzed body as she placed something over her. “Call your pack, they’ll be here any moment.” She warned to a confused Ace. “I finally know who this is.” Ace blinked before setting the children down, “Who are they Erica??” He asked to which she smirked. “You’re not gonna like it but it’s my dead daughter. Also your dead mate.” Those words left him silent. What was he going to do now?

“Of course they did,” Tex said, incredulous. “Ace betrayed them, man, and these boys may be vicious fucking wild animals, but they have their own codes of honor and ethics, and what Ace did was against everything they believe in. Hell, he’s lucky that Jensen decided to try to kill Ace himself. He could have just turned him over to The Fallen Angels, and told ‘em to let loose and have at him. If he’d done that, Ace’s death would have been slow and painful. It’d still be going on, to be blunt, and would probably go on until next week.”

It's a house, not a home. " Okay, come on. I prepared breakfast," Mr Garret smiles at Ace and gets out of the room. Ace blinks, his eyes waters and the tears fall. No one has ever treated softly like that. Not even the sister he loves the most. He buries his face into the pillow and screams as loud as he can. He wants to go. He wants to go. " where!?" Oren asks. Ace forgot about him for a while, he's feeling the guilt.

Fear trickled down my arms like a sharp knife threatening to peel my flesh from my bone, "he's dead. You killed Parker." "Technically, I was the one to kill him," Ace corrected, holding a hand up, "I tracked him down and hauled his ass to the warehouse." "Where I tortured him for the past two days," Gunnar gestured to the heart with the tip of his chin, "Ace killed him and I handled that." "Thanks," Jericho closed the cooler, "I guess. What did you get out of him?"

Tearing herself away from all the possibilities of insults she could have fired at Ace, Gwen came to realize that she wasn’t just having any old conversation with him and that they were actually in a war, like, they could die kind of war. Gwen looked behind Ace and smiled, a Paria-Drae soldier rounded the corner and had spotted them, and as quickly as that happened, Gwen had raised her gun and shot him. The bullet went through his head and he dropped dead on the ground. Gwen hoped that she would be able to get headshots for the duration of the fighting. She did not want to waste bullets and half kill a guy.

Leaping on my feet, I put my last night's clothes on. I had to stop him! I had to tell him about Arthur before he signed the contract. The contract that old bastard was so eager to make Ace sign. After hearing everything last night, I didn't find anything that he could use against Ace. First of all, Ace didn't murder his father. It was an accident. His father got shot during the fight. It wasn't his fault. Even if Dad and he kept it hidden for the sake of his future, it wasn't that big of a crime for Arthur to destroy Ace. Nor there's any proof of it. He might know about it, just like Warner did, but he didn't have anything to prove. Ace and Dad made sure not to leave any evidence of the pas

“ Pardon? But you already found her, so I guess it’s fine now. “ Red spoke then bowed his head. He was talking about Aesthetic as Ace’ cure. One more reason why he was eager to bring Thea with him is that, being his medicine means he's safe in pain if an eclipse happen. He'll avoid the cruel destiny of being part of the seven deadly sins as the sin of greed. Maybe this was the moons punishment to him. “ You know me and you saw it yourself ten years ago Red. “ Ace said then look at him seriously. “ I killed your parents because I was out of my mind. I might scare her away so it’s better to secure everything. “ He added and was about to walk away when Red stopped him by holding his shoulder.
