Why Did Lab Rats End Novels & Stories

Time for a short break. The news segment stops after that. We all look at each other, not really comprehending what we had just heard. I didn't know that they would go so far as to kill a person, while they were blinded by their anger. I remembered my own encounter with Callum. He had gotten so angry when I had asked him if he stayed with the rats in the laboratory to know how they breathed. I had instantly regretted it. I guess it was a very sensitive topic and I wish I hadn't said something like that. If I could, I would take all of it back.

The others went back to their workstations. They decided to finish their part of the tasks and do some experiments to keep their mind off of the humanoid and to help them focus their attention on what they need to do at the moment. The research lab was filled again with the rustling of papers and tinkling of glasses. Sometimes you'll even be able to hear small explosions due to the wrong diagnosis of their experiments. This keeps the six of them busy until the end of their shift.

Ray could see they still had plenty of supplies, so unless some cannibalistic freak had shown up, why would they eat the corpses? Of the hundred people, besides the eleven ability users, all were women—and all attractive. That explained why they weren't thrown onto the experimental tables. They were playthings for Leroy and his crew. The men? They were treated as lab rats. Those who succeeded in evolving were killed and drained of their energy; those who failed either died naturally or were executed. No one wasted resources. Ray shook his head. In this era, there were no saints. Any man who rose to become a regional boss had to be ruthless and cunning.

I've tried all sorts of creams and herbs, but it just isn't working. After mixing the whole thing, I watch the whole thing come to a perfect blend. I grab my two test rats from their cages. What if they actually die before I could give them the cure but I brush the though away and get it to them anyway I watch as they rushed to take bites of it. The rats either die because they can't handle it, or they run away from the lab and are caught by other crows." 'What? Rats? Crows? Owls?' Xavier frowns, not understanding a single word they're saying. It could be related to the research they are working on. Are they researching the interaction between rats and crows? That's just cruel.

If a living organism is overgrown, it can go astray and become a dangerous kind of species. So after we took a little we put that potion in a safe place so that no animal or even a human could drink that. We looked closely at the rat and were shocked to see it move fast inside a small cage. Because of what we found out, smile printed in our face. The experiment that we did was totally made perfectly.

I hadn’t expected them to be back so soon. They’ve never returned so quickly after finding one of my laboratories. In fact, the last time, they burned it down, releasing all my subjects. This time, my subjects had escaped on their own. I had been watching from my personal laboratory since my lead scientist told me that the shifts were imminent. He wasn’t wrong, but what we didn’t expect was that they would grow to sizes that burst through their cages. They had become wild, killing the scientists before helping the others escape.

He looked at his course mates who surrounded him at the Rat which was at the brink of death when it was brought in, but now, it was alive and breathing well. It suddenly snapped in his head—He did it! “Yes! I did it!” He cried out in excitement, then jumped out of his chair in joy. The cheers in the lab was loud and they all happily celebrated with him, then assisted Evans in cleaning up and also making sure that the lab rat would survive. Done with all of this, Evans fell on the couch, tired and drained both mentally and physically. He hadn't eaten since yesterday night and he felt so hungry that he could die.

“I was wondering how it happened, why he did the way he did, what else is in this thing that would trigger such a reaction. I thought that it was personal. But I was wrong, and I have to show you.” With that, he lifts the lid off a glass cage, revealing one of the vermin rats that our farmers find in their fields, the kind that ruins the crops. It hisses at Drake as soon as he approaches, but Drake just sticks his hand into the cage, grabs it, and slides the tip of the needle into its neck. The rat stops moving at once.
