The shelves were taller than I expected, filled with books bound in everything from simple cloth to elaborate enchanted leather. It took a few minutes of searching before I found what I needed. I felt bad about that but he started it. Standing up he looked at me where I was perched. "Well, you are definitely not an Angel, not with those dirty wings, but, you're not simple, I'll give you that."
