Fuming with hatred, I pace back and forth while thinking of ways to destroy Mysteria. Finally, I come to a halt and smile as the answer comes to mind. Thypon, the God of ferocious monsters. He has the head of a dragon, a bat's wings and a serpent's body. Once a God amongst the other deities in the Celestial Realm, Thypon wreaked death and destruction across many worlds. To end Typhon’s terrible ways, the deities and I trapped him beneath a volcano for all eternity, compelling the volcano never to erupt since that was the only way Thypon could be released.

Tamara had deciphered that much, that the part of the rock was designed to crumble. She had looked up this Surt and figured Norse mythology was the best way to go. He was one of those that were to start the end of the world. After Ragnarok, which what she was seeing made sense in the dreams now, the sea serpent and the woman with the dead. One of the Valkyries Gondul sent out comes streaking through the sky, landing right in front of her. “Mist!” Gondul calls, just before she lands. “Where is Hrist?” “Still keeping watch,” Mist replies. “The demons are pouring out of the gates. Fenrir is with them—leading—alongside a god we don’t recognize.” “Fenrir?” Summer asks. “You mean the Norse werewolf?” Gondul turns to us, her face unreadable. “Yes. But if you are under the All-Father’s protection—and that of your goddess—then you have nothing to fear. He cannot control you.”

“But Kolya is just a bannik.” “Perhaps he seems so, appearances-wise, but his bloodline speaks otherwise.” Anya's head swum. Memories of the old tales of the gods told round the hearth-fire by Dmitri surfaced in her mind. She recalled the thunder god Perun, king of storms, and his rival jovial Veles, lord of cattle and the leafy green underworld. She thought of the golden spring god Jarilo and his lover Morena, goddess of winter, death, and witchcraft, eternal enemy of Chernobog.

Hades, Zeus, Poseidon, Selene, Athena, and Demeter are creation gods and goddess. Demons, Humans, Sirens, Mermaids, Werewolves, Vampires, Centaurs, Nymphs, and Fairies. We battle it out for their amusement. Until Selene created me, no one could beat Poseidon's Sirens and Mermaids. Titan almost got lost to the Mermai
