Chaitali: The Saga begins

Chaitali: The Saga begins

For the entire week, I will be the cocoon in the head while Ella will spring like a butterfly whoring around. It’s a Natural Law of Shape-Shifter. She will seek her penance from the lord. After that, she will seek release. For the serpents, it’s as an auspicious Fest as the Wolf Moon is for the werewolves. Serpents activate the same sensations and soul-awakening rituals as the wolves. Both races are likely to be heard howling and hissing at the time. It’s the hibernating season when matings are frequent and a must.

Rejection Vs Desire

Rejection Vs Desire

How had he not known that they would want more than just a place to live? “So, as it is right with the moon deities, let us present our pack before them. As children of the moon, let us call upon the moon goddess Selene , the wolf god of war and vengeance, Fenrir, the wolf goddess of love and abundance Freya, and the Guardian wolf, Zion, to strengthen us today as we declare the birth of Genesis.” The elder said and in unison they howled. “SELENE! FENRIR! ZION! FREYA!”

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Azrael mirrored the satyr’s movements, only it was Rosalind in his arms, her movements fluid and graceful in a way all immortals were. I slinked closer, keeping to the back of the crowd where many of the sprites raced to and from the kitchens, refilling platters and enchanted goblets. Many faces I recognized, though I’d never had a reason or opportunity to converse with them. Aspen, God of the Seasons, waltzed by with two of his spawn in tow. Aviva, the lovely Goddess of Spring with her lilac gown full of blossoming flowers, and her brother Theros, God of Summer, whose tunic and breeches matched that of his sibling. I was able to spot the other two within the crowd of dancers. Rowen, God of

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

Promised to the Tyrant

Promised to the Tyrant

“I understand it’s too much to take at once, to imagine that everything you have known about your history and present is not the complete truth, that the world is more than what you imagined. I think we need to start from the beginning. You need to know how we werewolves came to be. The FIRST WEREWOLF. “ Wow!! Just one, I thought, ‘blessed ones’ were in the plural. So, it all started with just one person? But I do not have time to clarify as Avo narrates the story of the first werewolf. “This goes several millennia ago when humans first came to be. Apart from animals and your flora and fauna, the earth was also inhibited by beings called the ‘Old Gods‘.“ “Old Gods?“ “Yes, the old Gods, or wh

Others rush the injured to Cerberus’s gates, where the guardian beast protects the medical teams. Then it happens. The enemy unleashes their gods. We knew this was coming. We studied the line-up. Whiro, Māori god of the dead, appears first. His reptilian-human hybrid form is pure nightmare fuel. He devours souls—any souls—and grows stronger with every bite. Watching him swallow demons whole is disturbing. Then comes Ahriman, the Iranian god of strife, slithering forward on a serpent body, his face a chaos Picasso would worship. Four horns spiral from his skull, directing bedlam wherever they point.

Mate to the King

Mate to the King

I flick my wrist and the fire leaps from my palm. "How can you still do this?" I hear Ash ask. I tug a little at the freezing metal collar around my neck. "I'm not really sure," I murmur. "I wish I could do it," he mutters. "I'll teach you how when we get out of here," I tell him. I concentrate on the fire again, moving the matching flames in Ash's cell as well. "In the beginning there were seven gods, the most powerful of which were the twins Zahra and Kilano. Zahra was the goddess of life and Kilano the god of fire and ashes. Together they created the dragons."

Torn Between Alphas

“You must remember. What you are. Who you were. Before the gates. Before Elias. Before the war.” Serena’s pulse pounded. “I don’t remember anything before —” The goddess stepped closer. “Twelve wolves had taken shape. You were the first. You had the breath of winter and the burn of fire. You were the link between heaven and earth. You were Serakha.” Serena’s knees gave way, but the goddess caught her. “Velnair will fall,” the goddess whispered. “But not all hope is lost. There is still one path left. One light no one has claimed.”

However, he drops yet another bombshell. " This war goes deeper than just Harold's personal vendetta against the wolves. It involves deities and their desire to be dominant. Their pride and ego has caused most of them to cause an imbalance in the universe. Their desire not to be governed by those higher than them has led us to this. Harald's animosity for wolves can be considered as just a spark to an already brewing war." At this stage, even I feel a migraine creeping in. Are these deities for real? The he drops another equally baffling bombshell.

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Whispers of Frost and Fire

The Story of the Priestesses “When the world was young and men had just begun ruling over the land, the Moon Goddess, Selene, and Zeus fell in love. Together, they had eight children: Narcissus, Pandia, Ersa, Horae, Musaeus, Eiar, Theros, Phthinoporon, and Kheimon—the Goddess of Winter. Men and wolves lived in prosperity, but as with all things, there must be balance. The gods had their counterparts—demons—creatures of destruction sent to Earth to undo the progress of both men and wolves. Their power was beyond that of any mortal, and soon, war broke out. It became known as the Battle of Worlds. Zeus, fearing extinction, sent Kheimon to the mortal realm with a mission—to rid the world of the

Sophie… something else entirely. I trailed my fingers along the cracked spines until I found a volume marked with faded glyphs. Opening it, I skimmed pages yellowed with age until I found the passage I sought. "The Great Wolves of the North bore four lines. Fire, Ice, Earth, and Air. Each blessed, each cursed. Rare beyond measure, their coats shimmered with the power of their element. Few survive the turning; fewer still pass the blood down. Legends whisper that when Fire and Ice cross paths, the world trembles."
