Phillip and Lillian

Phillip and Lillian

Phillip rolled to dodge the flutter of the bat's wings, then jumped over the second. Knowing his foe always managed to dodge, the wizard turned his head, just as Phillip was in front of him and ready to swing his sword. However, with one swoop Miranda tore Wiggy's wings completely, and instead grabbed Phillip's neck, lifting the young man until his feet were no longer on the ground. No one wanted to see the witch's face right now, especially her bulging purple eyes, blazing with anger, but Phillip didn't want to tremble now, he was struggling with all his might.

Hush:The Secret of the Wind

Hush:The Secret of the Wind

And from above I raised my hand and wand; looking down at the opponent I pushed the accumulated power with all my might letting the vice-captain have a taste of her own medicine. I panted hard as I landed on the floor. When I came down the layer of smoke from the explosion was already beginning to settle and I couldn’t find a trace of the vice-captain. I laid on the ground, unable to stand anymore, the burn in my arm stung and my body was feeling the weight of a giant boulder. I saw the blue sky as I lay in the ground, sigh, despite the good weather my day just became a disaster, I even missed my second lecture. I close my eyes and meditated to lessen the pain hoping to be able to lift a fin

Whispers of Willow

Whispers of Willow

She began nervously pacing near the side of the house, thinking about all the things she would miss if she couldn't return. Meanwhile, Aurum frantically opened the book and searched through it. He continued to read until the sky turned obsidian. He then started a fire and read until he found what he was looking for. He tried the spell once more. Willow paced for a few minutes before she stopped. The sound of the barrier opening was heard. The golden line formed a semi-sphere, reaching for the sky before disappearing into the dark clouds. She would have stopped to admire the sparkling spectacle if she hadn't been in such a hurry.

The Charmer

The Charmer

The force of the dive took both Jasmine and the chair over backwards, shattering china and splashing poisoned tea on the way. Keilor’s friends had been even better teachers than Jasmine realized. Without thought, Jasmine’s body braced for the fall even as her legs came up to shove Rhapsody off with surprising force. The white Haunt went flying, and Jasmine just made it to her feet before Rhapsody rushed her again. Forced to act, Jasmine sidestepped and slashed at her with the long knife her symbiont formed, and the Haunt hissed as raw wounds opened across her arm and abdomen, leaving the white gown in tatters. Hammering started at the heavy door.

A very good story. I loved its uniqueness and it's richness. The world you created was vast, imaginative, and the Adventure was exciting, heart warming, and often funny. The characters had depth, flaws, and they always kept me guessing. I loved it. I can't wait to read the sequals.

This would probably be one of my favorite novels in this platform. Beautifully written chapters, and a very well-made plot. You can't help but be enchanted by the characters of the book as well. I had fun reading it up to the end.

Whispers of the Wild Hunt

Whispers of the Wild Hunt

Her hand is propped up on a stack of ratty old towels, and blood slowly oozes from a large ragged gash in the top of her hand. “I see you’ve been busy,” I say, kneeling by her chair. “This is nothing,” she snaps, though the wave in her voice suggests otherwise. “Just a paper cut, really. Bandage it and be gone with ya.” I lean over her hand, getting a closer look at the white edge of her tendon peaking through. “Paper tends to do that when you use a spell book that doesn’t belong to you,” I say, already rummaging through my bag for the vial of water infused with magic and a clean cloth.

A Marriage of Swords

A Marriage of Swords

It commanded a respect he was unwilling to give to anything else. The end came not from a master stroke, but from the ground. Leigh stepped back onto a loose stone, her ankle twisting. She stumbled, her guard faltering for a crucial second. Makil's blade swept in, hooked hers, and wrenched it from her grasp. It flew through the air, landing with a dull thud in the dirt. He stood over her, his sword point hovering near her chest. They were both gasping, steam rising from their bodies in the cold air.

Whisper of the stone heart

Whisper of the stone heart

He was a human, wasn’t he? “Listen to me, Victoria, and join me,” he spread his arm offering his hand to take but she didn’t alter a word. She simply clicked her fingers summoning more evil spirits but the one that appeared were different. They looked like wyverns but all black. They flew over their heads landing next to the army of the redcursed, hitting and injuring with their claws. Wyvern weren’t magical creatures; they didn’t produce mana but were faster. Their claws tore the redcursed spilling more blood. “I guess you need a beating like a child to know reason,” he unsheathed his sword and charged forward on his horse. I grabbed the sword Duncan left behind for me and cut through space

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

After that, the three of them walked side by side and browsed through some of the stalls in the city. While browsing, Henry was attracted by a particular stall… The stall’s name was ‘You Definitely Can’t Afford It…’. Intrigued, Henry walked up to the stall and clicked on it. There was a white magic wand in the stall… The magic wand was beautiful. The lower section was a shiny, silver shaft, while the upper section was a silver crown. There was a pretty, silver, starlight effect around the magic wand. It looked ethereal. This magic wand belonged to the Counselor class…

The storyline is too good to be true! I love all the leads and emotions are shown very clearly... but nowadays, it looks like story is still dragged out... same drama, same praises, same scandals... either this should end on a good note or may be Author should change the perspective.
Peachy Barbadillo
a lot is going on with the story and I feel like Stanley was being left behind in this story...I think y should focus more on the two main character...where is Stanley's point of view when xyla were being attack and bullied..that's all but great story though but decided to drop it...

When We First Met

When We First Met

A long chat with some tea is surely in order, I suppose. The mutt stupidly pounced on me yet again, giving me the perfect opportunity to impale him with my sword. I threw his useless body off my beautiful sword as he took his last few remaining breaths before dying. The moment he took his last breath, the block on my witch was lifted. I immediately cleaned myself up with a quick spell and banished my sword back into my mindscape. I surely have certain questions for Ambisose regarding this sword, but it can wait for now. There was absolutely no sound in the entire room except the breathing of the ones present.

Sword of Destiny

Sword of Destiny

He looked at me, I don't know why I found his eyes very hypnotic. I followed him and stood beside him; he looked at me and answered, “ A day before you came she suddenly disappeared. I think it is Destiny’s will. Wherever she goes I pray that she's fine, that the gods protect her as I protect her." He placed his face on his palm, not long enough he stood up. He was in a daze. "Does a katana or a sword showed to you?” he asked me while still in a daze. I grab the sword hidden, behind in my blouse and showed it to him. He seems surprised and scared. I asked, “ Why do you looked scared?
