The Wolfsbane hissed and bubbled against his palms, charring his flesh, but he didn't even flinch. He smiled, and it was the most terrifying thing I had ever seen. "Wolfsbane has no effect on me, I am more than a wolf," he whispered. A wave of pure, concentrated obsidian energy erupted from his chest. It wasn't a blast, instead it was like a pulse. The seasoned hunters froze mid stride as their silver masks began to crack. The Wolfsbane on the chains turned to ash in an instant, the poison neutralized by a darkness far more powerful.
