Wolverine And The X-men Logan Novels & Stories

LOGAN'S FLASHBACK That night, the family had their dinner. He ate with his father, mother and his twin sister, Elara. The father was saying something about the werewolf farmers who were complaining of their farm animals being killed by strange beasts. Some of the farmers said that the markings on their animals after being ripped apart looked like it was done with fangs. They suspected it was done by a creature and a vampire to be precise. Xavier, Logan's father and the current alpha of the pack didn't believe any of that. He didn't believe that vampires existed and he didn't even believe in the fallen lost city. He just felt like some wild beast had torn the farm animals apart.

“Gus, can you hear me? It's Jim. Just hang on buddy, just hang on.” Jim heard the crash when he was back at the airfield, and he knew Mitch was in danger, so he sped off in wolf form to come to his friend's rescue. A few minutes later, Mitch's dad and a few others arrived at the scene. Jim told them what happened and Mitch's dad sent his warriors to go search for the red wolf in the woods. “Why isn't he healing?” Jim asked as he looked at his friend, still lying in his wolf form. “It seems like the wolf that attacked him had silver painted on his claws,” Felix answered after examining his son’s wounds.

He spoke: "I know you are confused about a lot of things: you have been given a gift by the Oracle- you are now a werewolf but your mind is yet to adapt to your new abilities. You will experience heightened senses, a burning anger, and a fearful hunger. Under a full moon, your abilities will increase but so will your desire for blood. Eventually, you will learn to control this but for now you need to be careful let's the beast in you destroy what you cannot restore"

(Damian’s POV) I stood just inside the stone cell, the heavy steel door locked securely behind me. The silence was intense, broken only by the rough, shallow breathing of the man—no, the wolf—on the bed. Logan was curled on his side, his body radiating a palpable mix of residual pain from the partial shift and the raw, dangerous energy of his newly awakened nature. The amber of his eyes was muted now, glazed with exhaustion, but the intensity was still there, a constant, flickering flame of defiance.

He asked, smoothing my hair down and kissing my forehead. There were eye bags underneath his eyes and his skin was dry as paper. Exhaustion wafted off him but he looked at me like he was fine as he tried to hide. “Logan is up to something.” “I’m sure it’s nothing good.” He took my hand and we both walked out of the office. In his car, I explained everything that had happened and what we were expecting. “Logan, that bitch, he doesn’t know how to lose quietly.” Xander, as expected, was pissed. “If it’s a battle he wants then he should know that he’ll get a battle.”

"Who told you I took it?" "The connecting stone brought us here. Do I look like a seer to know where you must have eloped to?” Logan retorted sounding angry. “I don’t have the Moon Stone with me.” Xavier denied. Seeing Xavier wouldn't give out the needed information, he slapped him hard across the face and continued to hit him nonstop. Savannah screamed at the sight in front of her, it seem like Logan had suppressed Xavier's wolf at a point and he couldn't do anything to stop the attack. Her heart dropped when he began to bleed from the mouth and nose.

Lord Xavier smirked and helped himself to a chair opposite Logan's while his bodyguards stood behind him. Something tells him Logan might wanna double cross him so he made preparations for a counter attack. Logan burst into ripples of laughter even though it wasn't funny to begin with. "Did you bring the package?" Logan asked with a cunning smile plastered on his face. "Where's my money?" Xavier asked with a poker face ,something Logan hates the most. "You'll have your Money when I see the package." Logan refused but he forgot Xavier was the king of negotiations.

I held my school bag in my hand and was about to sit in the car when I was suddenly pulled by a strong arm. The grip was strong on my arm and when I was able to get my balance, I saw who it was. It was Logan, his scent was everywhere feeling my nostril and making my wolf giddy. It was not all the time I felt my wolf but lately whenever I was close to Logan it was like she wasn’t only present but was out of control. “What do you think you're doing here, Jasper?” And did I forget the hate between these two? Jasper and Logan are mutual Enemies.

Attacking another Alpha without any major cause would be a suicide, that we were not willing to commit. “I am tired, I need to go home. Let’s get out of here.” I contacted Xander through our mind-link. “We are not leaving. I need to set the score straight with a certain someone.” Xander answered me. “Xan, please don’t,” I asked him, but he ignored me and in another second I saw a dagger flying toward Logan, for a moment my heart stopped beating, but then that dagger only nipped the skin of his throat, making him wince but nothing grave.

This was our home, our people, and we weren’t going to let it fall, not while I could still stand, not while Elena was still breathing beside me. A blur broke past the warriors and lunged toward Elena—I turned, too slow—and that was when he appeared. Logan. He slammed into the rogue midair, sending both of them crashing to the ground. He looked like hell, face swollen, shirt torn, limping badly, but his eyes were sharp and locked on the enemy. “I didn’t come to steal your mate,” he said without looking at me, blood dripping from his lip, “I came to protect her.”
