“There, it’s all locked up. The animals are safe. You can relax. You’ve looked like you’re about to be dragged back to the vet since the sun started going down. You aren’t vampires, right? They could have attacked during the day if they wanted to. Stop worrying, they probably aren’t even around here anymore.” Clyde insisted as he started to make dinner.
Lance hummed something that could be taken as assent, but he didn’t buy that assessment one bit. Wolves wouldn’t burst into flames in the sun, no, but they did tend to work at night, particularly when moving in Wolf skin or as a pack.
