I couldn’t bear to think about what state she might be in otherwise. “This one says the one without a wolf will carry earth-shattering power.” Davin selected a different book from the pile and set it down between us. "Ugh history is the worst! " they both said and I rolled my eyes. "What's the worst in history? You guys never listened to one of them, so why say it is the worst? " "It's boring. " they said and I just rolled my eyes for their being lazy. "Ask whatever you say. " I said and they both chuckled.

Mr Freddy, just smiles and gently replies, "Why else, to argue of course. Oh come on, no one likes this book, they just like arguing about it." No one was surprised about this, if more than half of the class including the teacher hated this book then the possibility of the world hating the book was high.
