“I needed you.” She wrapped her arms around his back, holding him tightly. “And I’m yours. I always was.” He clutched her to his chest, suddenly overcome with the need to protect her, to keep her in his arms forever. He pulled her into his arms, wrapping her against his chest as though she would vanish if he didn’t. She was soft, damp with sweat, her breath still shaking. He buried his face into her hair. “Lexie,” he whispered, eyes shut tight. “Lexie…”

Hands wrapped around me into a hug, an unexpected warmth surrounding me, keeping me to want to be in his arms. The warmth…I like it.

Instead, he wrapped her up in his arms, holding her so tight she almost couldn’t breathe. And god's help her, she never wanted him to let her go.

- He smiles, pecking my lips one last time before he brings me in between his legs, wrapping a comfort around us. My back to his chest, his arms wrapped around me, large enough to cover most of my upper body, almost totally enveloped in him as I'm curled tightly against him. His arms felt heavier than usual, adding pressure and weight on top of me but it was a good type of pressure. He wrapped his thick, heavy arms entirely around my trembling body, tucking my head underneath his scarred jaw. I immediately slumped completely against him, hiding my face in the crook of his warm, thick neck. I was sore, exhausted, and entirely overwhelmed. My tears soaked quickly into his dark shirt, but I didn't care. I completely surrendered into his massive hold. He pulled the thermal shirt back down, covering my burning skin, and held me tightly against him. His large, rough hand came up, heavily stroking the back of my hair in a slow, steady, highly possessive rhythm.

It will soothe him too. Wrapping his arm around her, he scooted closer until they were skin to skin. He engulfed her in his warmth and placed her head on his chest. He will not lose her no matter what.

And just like that, I'm a crying, sputtering, raggedy mess in his arms. I let the sobs rack my body heavily and his arms wrap around me even tighter each time till it practically feels like I'm being squished against him. I don't mind. He's the only person in the entire universe who sees me as me and has somehow found me worthy, I don't at all mind being squished against him like this. I bring my arms up to wrap around his own waist, pulling him in too as I rest my head against his chest and continue to sob my way through. He brings his hands up to caress my hair, all the time shushing me comfortably.

"But why now, today? Why not ease into it? This is a bit extreme, even for you Eros?" Both sets of tawny brown eyes were focused on him now, noting his discomfort, and he thought he saw a softening in them as they held out their arms to give him a hug. Gratefully he stepped into the comfort of his cousin's embrace, and as Harmonia grabbed him tightly she stood on tiptoe to reach his ear, where she whispered: "Sorry it's for the best, happy birthday!" Before they both shoved him over the edge.

“And you’re mine.” He stays inside me, softening slowly, our mingled mess cooling between my thighs. I wrap my arms around him and breathe him in....sweat, sex and me.

"-And you need to stop blaming yourself," With reluctance, the man stepped forward and he wrapped his arms around her, resting his chin on the top of her head with uncertainty. A thick moment passed before his arms acted with just as much reluctance, grip tightening around her. She sighed into his touch, engulfed by his thick, sweet scent that wrapped around her.
