Novel & Cerita Write My First Book

Hello readers, First of all I want to say Thank you so much for picking up my book to read and giving your precious time to read my first fiction romantic novel. This is the first time I've written a novel and this novel is very close to my heart. One message which I learned while writing this book I write down here and that is,

Author's Note A few months ago, I struggled to write and get my words onto a page. English isn't my first language, and to be honest, I've never considered my vocabulary particularly strong. Then something unexpected happened. The characters in this book suddenly seemed to come alive in my head. Their words, conversations, fears, pasts, dreams, and emotions felt real. Writing this story stopped feeling like putting words together and started feeling like living alongside them. Through that experience, this world slowly came alive.

Hi readers! I just want to take the time to thank you. I hope you have been enjoying reading "Who's The Loser Now?" thus far. This is the first time I'm writing a novel. Honestly, I'm not a reading type of person. I didn't see myself writing an essay for the public to read, let alone a novel. So to be writing my first novel is really something new, yet exciting for me. Shout out to all the authors whose books I've been reading and in turn got inspired to write my own.

"Too smart to just pour coffee for the rest of your life. Do something with that brain of yours." Sam had agreed. He'd bought me a used laptop for my birthday—well, Elizabeth's birthday, the fake one on my fake ID—and told me to stop making excuses. "You love books," he'd said. "Why not try writing one?" So I did. And I'd discovered I was actually good at it. Good enough that I'd self-published my first romance novel six months ago under a pen name. It had sold better than I'd expected and it was enough to start a small savings account for the boys' future.

What we started with was by no means what I assumed we’d have today, but the story seemed to write itself. From my first obsessive reader, XXXjto, to my 13 supporters, to my everyday readers and the people who left lovely comments on my book, I just want to say from the bottom of my heart that I couldn’t have done this without you. I’m so blessed to write in the way I do and get all the support I have. I love you 💕 Your first book is never easy, but you guys have made this experience one of the best of my life, and I look forward to doing this for as long as you guys want it.

My way of turning chaos into clarity. So one morning, after Roman left for a meeting and Isabella was down for her nap, I sat at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee and opened my laptop. The cursor blinked on a blank page, daring me to start. I typed three words. The first time. And just like that, it all began.

I was born in Canada in 2004. My family and I moved to the United States until I returned to get my degree. My birthday is on the 27th of April. My ethnicity is Nigerian. And I wrote the original version of this book in 2020. I just don't get it. I remember when this book was my greatest achievement. To be fair, I was sixteen and very naive. I would always fantasize about how my stories would captivate my audience. But fifteen years later, I cringe at the awful grammar mistakes. Now that I am revisiting my first book, I can see why nobody wanted to read this.
