Dalam usahanya memusnahkan para monster bersama para manusia yang selamat, mereka bertemu dengan sosok gadis yang mengaku bernama Irina Tolya. Rumor mengatakan, jika masih ada satu manusia yang bisa mengendalikan monster dalam tubuhnya dan ialah gadis berdarah campuran hijau tersebut. Hanya saja, kehadiran Irina Tolya malah membuat Marco dan Polo terpecah. Keduanya saling bertikai dan membentuk kubu sendiri dalam menyelesaikan konflik wabah monster ini. Akankah tujuan Marco dan Polo untuk membersihkan bumi dari para monster akan terwujud saat keduanya sudah tak sejalan? Dan siapakah sosok Irina Tolya, hingga kabar angin bisa membawa namanya di tengah kehancuran dunia?

Ada juga pemimpin sebuah aliran sesat yang yakin bahwa hari kiamat akan datang hari ini, seperti yang pernah dijanjikan. Sementara itu waktu semakin habis. Beberapa jam lagi Bumi akan menuju kehancurannya, menuju ke hari kiamat bagi umat manusia.
