Wrong Table, Right Alpha Novels & Stories

her brother said her name in the same frustrated tone he'd used all his life as he helped his supposed future wife into her seat, but as he turned his head towards her she immediately saw that he looked as if he were in pain from trying not to laugh. Maybe he's losing his mind, Stella thought, raising a carefully groomed eyebrow. He and Dani have officially been apart too long and this high stress situation has pushed him over the edge, plummeting into insanity. "Miss West," Alpha Harding said with a polite smile, "may I help you to your seat over here?" He pulled out a chair on the opposite side of the table and Stella quietly walked to it and then began counting seats, and perhaps more imp

For a while, it's just the sound of my absurd laughter across the room, but soon, the alpha joins in, turning the sound almost maniacal. Soon, everyone’s attention turns to our table as the laughter dies down. Alphas believe omegas belong to them, so of course, to him, a ‘beta’ like me stands no chance. The best way to establish boundaries with Alphas is to show them you are crazy enough to go against them. His brows frown as my lips turn upwards in a smile. A waitress brings my beer to the table and blushes at my gaze before handing over a napkin; it takes me a while to realise that a number had been scribbled roughly on it.

The next day, Luca greeted me with his usual cheerful energy. “Morning, Selene!” He waved the flashcards in his hand. “Are you ready for today’s practice?” I nodded shyly and sat at the table. We worked on simple words again. Eat. Happy. Afraid. Hurt. Alpha. That last one made me pause. I stared at it, the letters blurry for a second. Luca noticed. “Alpha,” he said gently. “That word means a lot, doesn’t it?” I nodded again. Slowly.

Does it affect Kiel? Come to think of it, she already caught a glimpse of him holding back last night inside the car. And she can’t deny that it left her in a daze. How can Kiel, a recessive alpha, had that sweet scent? “President? Are you alright?” Only Devyn realized that she’s already making that irritated face again. “Miss Anna,” she called out. The young lady across from her jolted. “Yes, President?” “What will happen if a recessive alpha’s rut gets triggered?” she asked without even blinking.

but he was quickly interrupted by the alpha. "Hey, stop! What is it with the insult?" the alpha said, his face folding with anger. "Oh, my bad," the beta said, "but am just saying the obvious. Or is there any lie to what I am saying? Is it not the truth?" the beta said, shifting away from the alpha. I looked at the beta with a faded smile, knowing from his words that he did not welcome me here, but the alpha was, with a little bit of doubt.

I did not. I stand up too. " I don't care if you're an alpha, I was here first. I have never done anything to you, and you come to MY TABLE and disrespect me. So how about YOU move to another table and LEAVE ME ALONE. " At this point, I am almost fuming, and he staggers back for a second as if I just pushed him. However, he is an alpha and even as that last word comes out of my mouth, I know I am in trouble. Marcus has not said a word this entire time but keeps looking at me with what looks like pride.

CHAPTER 34 After Jane left the office, Lina stood there looking at Justin in dismay “why would you do that?” Alpha Justin walked back to his seat and sat down, “do what” he asked Lina “she is your Luna” Lina said as Justin immediately cut the word from her mouth “she is not my Luna, she has never been my Luna, she tricked me with some witch craft and made me loose the woman I have loved all my life, she is a demon, how is she my Luna, I have never marked her and I never will you Lina you are my Luna” alpha Justin said in one breath and Luna blushed at some of the words that alpha Justin said

There’s a heated discussion at the table, but I don’t care at all; I just want to watch the show. I press the power button. “I heard that Alpha is fretting these days. Business at the pack is getting worse; it's about to be untenable. Gamma Anto, is that true?” Huh? Why won’t the TV turn on? I check back and forth; nothing seems wrong. “It’s been pretty tough. Alpha is planning on selling some of the useless wolves to the big guys as slaves. Lest they waste our food.”

Alexa and Damien were already waiting for us in the kitchen, but I honestly think they were too busy with each other to notice even when a pack of wolves came in and sat down for a table. I laughed as James lowered his glass loudly on the table and even more so to their frightened faces. “Jesus, my heart was almost pounding. “Must you always play Alpha the older brother?!” Alexa asked frightened. ” I didn’t even have to ask.” She lowered her head after seeing his expression. Just as we set down at the table Damien called out. “Alpha, can I be honest?” He asked James calmly. “That would be best Damien ”, James replied in a tone that was known to be no joke.

The only one who smiles and winks at me is Felix, so I wink back and blow him a kiss. “That’s ridiculous,” an Alpha named Nathan murmurs from the other side of the table, “We’re not here to play games. An Alpha title is not a joke. No omega could ever call herself an Alpha.” Here we go. I take another deep breath, but I tell myself not to go too far.
