Thompson and Co have recently signed the contract with Voyage Groups for cooperation. I know the work culture of both companies, their allies, their enemies, weakness, and strength. I just want that company.” He turned back to look at Owen. “Trust me, Dad. I won’t let you suffer from losses.”

I feel a wave of relief, but it passes quickly. As her power surges, the siren screams. "You will not take him from me!" She launches a blast of evil energy directly at me. There's no time for me to move. With a yell, Xander pushes me away. He is struck by the blast instead. He tumbles. "Xander!"
