Family chaos, farmhouse drama… pick your poison.” He waved a clay-covered hand, smearing his beards worse. “Wounded. Deeply. My fragile artist soul may never recover. But I’ll forgive you… if you tell me that’s a real drink in your hand and not some green juice nightmare.”

I exclaimed as he look back at the road. "You've got a beautiful voice, little one." he said amazed with his mouth wide. "Thank you" I squeaked out. I heard him chuckle beside me as I blushed.
