I was in the royal library. Carol has started going on small hunts now. Everyone in the Xenon palace has taken a liking to it, especially Willa. Carol’s heart feather was late, so I had borrowed some books from the forbidden section of the Xenon library.

I cursed out loud wailing at my pathetic fate of being a woman who was depicabely hated by everyone in the fanfic. I've written about the plot which I remember and I'm sure that's what happened until I transmigated into this world. So now, I need to gain trust of Eros and make him believe that I'm not going to stalk him anymore or do something psychotic as before. As soon as I came back from the school I rushed towards my desk grabbing a pen and paper to write about the plot I've read. I've written all the shitty things that Medusa did till now. Trust me she did enough bullshit for me to clean up.

As I wonder why he growled, I feel my entire face turn red as I remove my gaze to give her privacy. She appeared in her skin with no clothes on at all. I may think that she is a beautiful woman but there is no need to see that much of a person so soon.

Then, I picked up the garments and held them tightly against my chest. Xenia stood at the doorway. She frowned at what she saw in the new set of clothes. The mockery in her eyes was unmistakable. "You've really outdone yourself, Caleb. What are you planning to do by bringing something like that to rehab?" I turned to her and gave a pale smile. I lifted a hand and gently brushed over the smooth fabric. "It's probably cold in there. This is thick and warm." My smile was bleak. Something shifted in Xenia's expression for just a second. It was like something had pricked her without warning.

“Xena, answer me this. What exactly is your relationship with Felix? How did the two of you meet? And why did he help the York family go public in the first place?” Xena’s heart clenched. A flicker of panic flashed through her eyes, but she forced it down almost immediately. She turned her face away and said, “I already told you. I was just providing stem cells for his mom. It was a simple transaction. Nothing more.” Beside them, Fiona’s eyes widened in shock. This was the first time she had ever heard the truth about Xena and Felix. Just a transaction?

Melissa crossed her arms. “Well?” Ethan sighed, rubbing a hand down his face. “Xena was one of the most gifted fighters in her class. Smart. Fast. Deadly. She could have been a Beta by now.
