“Oh, sorry. Uh, my name is Abigail.” She tells him belatedly, in answer to his question. He turns to her with a smile and nods, repeating her name softly. “Abigail.” He gives her an appraising look. “You seem more like an Abby. Abigail sounds so stiff and formal. Abby sounds soft and sweet. It suits you more.” Abby can feel herself blush at the strangers words so she turns her head away, so that he is not able to see her reaction to his words. “My name is Gabriel, by the way, but everyone calls me Gabe.”

I eyed him, before taking my gaze away. "Hi everyone, my name is Moon." I said simply, and they all glanced at each other, mumbling things. I know they must be surprised to hear that, my name is kinda rare, never heard anyone else bearing same name as me, which makes me feel so special, and like a rare gem. "Moon?" Came the sweet voice again. I nodded, not sparing him a glance. I know he's shocked too, but I don't care what people think about my name, right?

“You want to know my name?” I didn’t know what to say so I just stared back at him until he answered. “It’s Six.” A shock plastered on my face. Six? It's Seven! His name should be Seven! What happened all these years? “Then shall I call you Seven."

Mom smiled and nodded, so I can't argue now. Out all of the room I am alone and remained cumbersome, I opened the window and sat on the wall and looked through my phone to find an anonymous letter that says "hello mandate beautiful", I wondered a little even looked and I knew that Jackson ... I do not know where I come from a telephone number but did not bother myself with this, I smiled and texted him. Hi Jackson! "Won't you ask where did you get your phone number from?" "No, and if you ask, will you answer?"

he murmurs. “What?” “My name.”

The boy he used to be before he became this monster. I shove him with both hands. He doesn’t budge an inch. “Stay away from me,” I whisper, but my voice trembles. Ryder laughs, loud and obnoxious. “Too late for that, Mia. You wrote my name thirty-seven times. Thirty-seven! You’re obsessed.” He skates backward a few feet, arms spread wide like he’s performing for the crowd. “Listen up, Wolves fans! If anyone sees Mia touching herself while thinking about me, please report back. I like knowing my charity cases are staying dedicated!”

They all turn toward me. They’re waiting for a speech. I look at the crowd. I see my father. I see the ghost. I see the end. I open my mouth. I don't know what I’m going to say. "My name is..." The crowd stops. The silence is absolute. I look at the lens. I see myself. And I realize the truth. I don't have a name. "My name is..." I stop. I look at Liam. He smiles. "Your name is whatever they want it to be."

I look away and turn towards everyone else, "Let's get going because our school is pretty big. Before we go for the tour, do any of you have questions to ask?" Liam suddenly spoke up, looking at Zach and asks, "Sorry, what was your name again?" Zach seems furious and I step in and say, "His name is Zach and I am Taylor." Liam smiles at me and says, "Okay." I touch Zach's arm and say, "Chill, man. Don't act up; he is just an idiotic person who is trying to get under your skin." He smirks and looks at Liam, who heard it, and Liam seems hurt when I finish.

Naturally, when someone asks for your name, it's an automatic response that pops up in your head, even if you don't say it out loud, but here I am with two words chanting, in the back of my head, shouting in a unison, "My name... I— I don't know... I don't know my name."
