Playing drums made me forget about my broken heart. “Shit! “You are quite funny. I wish Logan would hear you say this.” I cast him a weird look. He knew that would only make Logan angry. “Since you brought the pills, you can leave,” I said, turning my face away from him. “Are you chasing me out of your room?” “Politely.” “Why do you have that picture on your wall? It was on your wallpaper too. Is it a place you love?” I turned at his question, casting a look at the beautiful island above my head. A brief smile spread across my lips. “It’s a place I want to live in forever.”

He beamed at me. A group of the audience yelled for another song. When I looked back at the man, he only shrugged. “Okay.” I went back to the mic. “This song is very special to me. It’s called Wonderwall by Oasis.” I strummed and sang my own rendition, a little slower, gentler than Noel Gallagher’s acoustic version. “I said maybe, you’re gonna be the one that saves me… And after all, you’re my Wonderwall.”

My eyes went blurry due to the threatening tears in them, but I quickly wiped them away before chuckling.

I'm sure it looks bad.” I said with a grumble. “It's my favorite picture of you.” He said with a soft smile. “My first picture of you. I'm going to use it as my wallpaper everywhere.” I narrowed my eyes at him. “I better not get a glimpse of it and think that it's terrible.” I threatened. “You took one of me, I took one of you. We're even.” Jace said.
