Traveller Of Two Worlds

Traveller Of Two Worlds

(Upon defeat, this monster will dropped Physical++ (High) skill shards). "Well, I happened to need more skills…anyway, let's have the show going….wow, that's slow…". As I was reading the status menu of the Zombie Lord, it's already started to run at me. Unlike other's, to me the movement was too slow and sloppy. "Sir?..sho..???..".(Mina) Seeing the man in front of her still hasn't move, Mina tried to step in with her tower shield ready, but before she even finish her sentence, Elijah stopped her and pulled her shoulder back causing her to take a step back.

The Elemental Sisters

His eyes widened in surprise as he sank to the forest floor. Mohan had defeated his assailant without issue, Ezryn had just blocked what would have been a fatal blow, as he attacked, lopping off the soldier's arm and quickly beheading him. “Bloody Goblins are a menace.” He hissed as he spat on the Goblins' face.

MOONLIGHT SECRETS

MOONLIGHT SECRETS

I take a second to clock all the petrified faces staring back and me and again my shoulders fall at the pressure amounting on them. Everyone gathered in the hall shared the same pitiful expression as their eyes locked with me, or more specifically the lack of bump that was once there. I try not to let their woeful eyes trigger me, but I fail and all the pent up feelings begin to stir below my surface like a tornado. "Zelda is heading in the direction of the pack with around 900 rogues and hunters at her heel." Gasp of shock and hushed voices spread out through the room at my words and wide eyes watch me carefully, wondering what the plan of action is.

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

My Vow: To Kill The Alpha

My Vow: To Kill The Alpha

Zelda's POV The dungeon smelled exactly the same as the one I was locked in earlier. Which made sense. I was now responsible for the smell. I dragged the mop across the stone floor and tried to breathe through my mouth and think about literally anything else. The water in the bucket had gone grey approximately ten minutes ago and I was choosing not to examine that too closely. Somewhere in the corner something small and fast moved through the shadows and I pointedly did not look at it. I mopped another stretch of floor.

The Rejected Alpha

The Rejected Alpha

He just nodded. “Zelda is aware too, Luna. She is testing you. Madame Zelda is known for her tricks. She will tell you what you want to know only if you defeat her tricks. And the Red Forest is maintained by Madame Zelda Amanita.” Baspo said. I let it absorb. That witch was quite a thing. We left the bushes and stood over the edge. The ground ended here. It was sloppy terrain from here onwards. The sky was red. The ground was red. But everything else had colors. All of them.

Second Reincarnation in Another World

Second Reincarnation in Another World

I pointed at one of the goblins who had gold in his trouser pocket. "They are indeed price lovers," said Erin, who kept walking and ignored the gold. I had stopped for a moment and thought about taking the gold, but I abandoned my intention and continued on my way. I don't need the gold because I can take it in the Lamris kingdom. .... Long story short, we've passed dozens of floors and now we've reached the 30s. We've fought all kinds of monsters, from goblins, orcs, and some magical beasts like spiders and scorpions. We still often meet adventurers, some are resting, some are still continuing their journey.

A Female Alpha’s Revenge

A Female Alpha’s Revenge

Zelda, immersed in the joy of impending shopping, remained oblivious to the malicious pheromones. She felt Paisley's grip on her wrist loosen—her crimson pheromones surged, and she bounded down the stairs with a roar, her aura shaking the first-floor tiles. Zelda froze, her wolf ears twitching. Paisley stood before Sabrina, her crimson pheromones blazing like wildfire. Her pupils narrowed into molten vertical slits, and her wolf claws faintly gleamed with silver. "Who are you talking about? Spit it out. No beating around the bush."

The Forgotten Titan's Resurgence

The Forgotten Titan's Resurgence

Harper's eyes were red with fury as she snarled, "Annihilate Moblathos! Flatten the island completely. I want every soul in there to pay with their lives for Evelyn!" "Yes!" The ground rumbled as the storm finally rolled in, unleashing a torrent, like a celestial river overflowing its bounds. Lightning lit up the sky, and thunder boomed. Waves soared skyward. Oddly, there was a tranquil zone about three miles in diameter, where Moblathos' lair was located. Here, the wind was mild, and the waves were calm. In the grand hall at the heart of the island, the leaders of Moblathos were assembled. They were gathered around a large electronic screen, which was dotted with numerous red marks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Gibdos are one of my favorite spooky recurring foes in the Zelda lineup, and I love how each game gives them a slightly different spin. Off the top of my head and from long hours in dungeons, you'll definitely run into Gibdo-type mummies in 'The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past', where they show up as slow, wrapped foes in graveyard and desert-themed areas. They pop up again in the handheld classic 'Link's Awakening' (both the original and the remake) as the slow, creepy enemies that make exploration feel just a bit more tense. Those early entries set the template: stiff, shuffling mummies that can surprise you if you forget to keep your sword ready or a light source handy.

By the time 'The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time' came around, the family expanded — you get Gibdos and Redeads in places like the Shadow Temple and certain desert or tomb-like areas. Those versions are where Gibdos really became iconic in 3D: they have the terrifying crawl-and-attack behavior, and sometimes a vulnerability or mechanic you need to exploit (for example, using light, fire, or specific tools to prevent them from grabbing you). 'Majora's Mask' borrows heavily from 'Ocarina', so Gibdo-type enemies show up there too, especially in places with ruins and the darker temples. The Game Boy Color pair 'Oracle of Ages' and 'Oracle of Seasons' both feature Gibdo variants in their overworld ruins and dungeons, which is great if you enjoy seeing how the same enemy is reused across different hardware eras.

If you're looking at later or handheld titles and spin-offs, Gibdos or Gibdo-like mummies appear in several remakes and sequels: 'A Link Between Worlds' brings back many classic enemy archetypes including mummified foes, and some of the multiplayer and Four Swords-style entries sprinkle them in as well. They pop into a few other titles as well — remakes or compilations often reintroduce them — so if you’re hunting trophies or just nostalgic for wrapped baddies, keep a torch, some fire arrows, or a well-timed item ready. I love how their presence always signals that the next room might be colder, darker, and a little more unnerving.
