Divorcing The Alpha: Now He Won't Let Me Go
Luckily for me, the fever subsided this morning, and so I forced myself to get up and train so I’ll get stronger and hopefully better at handling the effects of the blood moon on me.
So, here I am, at four in the morning, in a forest clearing, trying to unwind. I let the cold breeze calm my nerves and the scents and sounds of nature around me heal my unbalanced emotions. I run a marathon, my legs growing numb with each passing hour, but I refuse to stop there.
Sweat drips down my temples as I continue my training on the cliff, doing shadowboxing. I repeat my combat moves faster and faster, pushing my body to its limits until I can no longer move my muscles.
