By the fourth week of the expansion, the campaign had become truly iconic. Business publications were writing about the strategy. Design schools were analyzing the creative. I headed downstairs to the kitchen to make myself some leftover meatloaf I made the other day . As I waited for it to warm up I spoke to Shiva .
