MAGNUS' POV I groaned loudly as I touched my forehead, it was aching so bad that I found it hard to open my eyes. It felt like I had been out of it for a very long time and getting back to things was a bit difficult for me. MAGNUS' POV The celebration continued as everyone had their fill, laughed and had fun. Sophie sat down beside me, staring and smiling at me now and then. MAGNUS' POV Everything was becoming dimmer in my head, I was unable to process the things that were happening to me but one thing was clear and that was the fact that I was among enemies. All of them hated me, they all wanted to kill me and were only being nice because I was so quiet these days. SOPHIE'S POV I was in the room, thinking about how to help King Magnus. I had called a lot of people for advice none of their suggestions worked for me. It was far too dangerous and I didn't want any harm toward my man. I breathed out loudly and lowered my head, it was frustrating and I hated the situation. This was the same man I had waited for when Luke was ruling, I had hoped he would return one day and make me happy again but to my deepest regret, I had forgotten that he might have gone through a lot and things were difficult for him too. If only I was a little wiser, I could have stopped him when he decided to call for a meeting immediately after his recovery and I could have taken care of more things before he woke up so his mind would be relaxed by the time he opened his eyes.
