My Mistake Are Not Unforgivable

 Matilda's POV.

 From the front door of the house, I could see my adopted sister who I hated running with my boyfriend. Not only that, the two of them were also holding hands and laughing together.

 I saw them and feels like I'm a statue displayed in front of my house. Even though I am Alpha Rexton's girlfriend, now Amelie looks very happy with him.

 My heart felt broken seeing this scene. Moreover, Alpha Rexton's laugh looks wider when running with Amelie. Of course as his girlfriend I felt jealous. Our years together made me feel like I didn't want to lose my boyfriend.

 "Alpha Rexton, Amelie, you guys--"

 Before I could finish my sentence, something hit me and I fell. My body was in a pile of snow.

 My eyes saw a white sky with snow still falling, although not as much as before. A few seconds later I saw Amelie and Alpha Rexton above me.

 "Matilda, are you okay?"

 I didn't reply to Amelie's question. Even when Alpha Rexton and Amelie reached out their hands, I didn't accept them. I'm already angry with them.

 I tried as hard as I could to wake up on my own. I rejected all of Amelie's attempts to help me outright. I cleaned my coat from the stuck snow, then went into the house.

 My eyesight was very blurry. I didn't care about mama who was watching me and kept asking what was wrong. I walked quickly towards the room.

 "I hate ... I hate Amelie, I hate Alpha Rexton, I hate Jackson, I really fuckin hate you guys!"

 I buried my face in the pillow, crying, wailing uncontrollably, trying to suppress the sound of my crying so it wouldn't be heard until it came out.

 Even though my heart felt calm, the tears continued to flow like they would never stop. My pillow was wet, the sheets on my bed were the same.

 A few moments passed, I heard a knock on the bedroom door. Not wanting to make a sound, I decided to remain silent.

 "May I come in? I brought some snacks to share with you." Like before, she enticed me with the snacks she had. "Matilda, please open the door. There is something I want to talk to you about." This time, I won't be tempted, Amelie!

 I covered my ears with a pillow as she kept saying the same thing over and over again and kept knocking on the bedroom door. She's so annoying!

 Several minutes passed, Amelie seemed to feel hopeless. The knock on the door and its ugly sound no longer reach my ears.

 I changed position to lie down. My eyes stared at the ceiling of the room. At the same time, the image of Alpha Rexton and Amelie running hand in hand came to mind again.

 "I absolutely will not forgive you guys for now!" I said, even though I wasn't sure about that myself.

 Every time I daydream a little, their happy laughter always rings out. I don't know, but I feel like the two of them look good together, even more so than I do with Alpha Rexton.

 My hand reached for the smartphone which was not far from me. I opened our album together and saw my photos with Alpha Rexton. Our smiles looked fake, not like what I saw when Amelie was with Alpha Rexton earlier.

 "End it and return to your mate."

 The wolf in my heart said so, but I still felt hesitant about doing that. Maybe a few days of silence with Alpha Rexton will strengthen my feelings so that I can choose which path to take.

 I think life without Alpha Rexton is very difficult even though I have also met my mate. However, Alpha Rexton was the first to come and give the best for me. Moreover, up to now, he has never gotten a mate, or he doesn't even have one.

 My smartphone suddenly rang. My lips smiled slightly when I saw Levin's name there. I immediately picked up the incoming call which came from none other than him.

 "He--hello?"

 "Matilda, are you okay, Babe?" Levin asked, the same as Amelie asked. Again, I remember that woman.

 "Um, I'm fine."

 "Are you sure?"

 I nodded even though my nod couldn't be seen by him. "Yes of course."

 "But your voice sounds different here, Babe."

 "Maybe it's just your feeling. Um, or maybe it's because I'm lying down." I changed position to sit on the bed. "How about this?"

 "Now it sounds like it always does."

 "That's good." I smile. "Levin, do you have anything to do tomorrow morning?"

 "Nothing, tomorrow I'll be home at five o'clock and after that go straight home, why?"

 "Um, you want to rest, okay? Then you just rest, I won't bother you."

 "No, no, Matilda. What do you want? I'll do it for you first."

 "Pick me up." I said simply.

 "Oh, my goodness." Levin was heard chuckling. "Okay, I can still rest for two and a half hours before going to pick you up."

 "No, Levin, it's not like that."

 "So?"

 "I want you to pick me up when you get home, five in the morning."

 "Why? What's wrong with you, Matilda?"

 "I want to see you, Levin. Do you still not understand?"

 "Oh, um, okay, I'll pick you up tomorrow morning at five."

 "Don't forget that." I said firmly.

 "Of course I won't, but it might take me a few minutes to get to your house."

 "It doesn't matter, I understand you."

 "By the way, Matilda, now I'm stealing time by going to the toilet to be on the phone with you. Will you allow me to go back to work?"

 "No."

 "Matilda, please ... Babe." He sounded pleading. "I'll get scolded for not coming back. Please let me, okay?"

 I couldn't help but chuckle. "Do you think I'm serious?"

 "Oh, of course. Whatever you say, always take it seriously."

 "What if I was just joking?"

 "We weren't joking just now, Matilda, so I took what you said seriously."

 "Okay, I'm sorry. Continue your work, Levin." I then gave him a kiss via voice call.

 "I feel melted now, Matilda."

 His voice gave me goosebumps. In fact, he can turn me on just from his voice alone.

 Voice call ends. With Levin's voice call, my mood improved a little, although I still couldn't forgive Alpha Rexton and Amelie.

 It was half past five in the morning. I got up and got ready before Levin came to pick me up. I did everything slowly, I didn't want mom or Amelie to hear me when I was about to leave.

 "Hello, are you on your way here?" I asked, whispering.

 "Not yet, I'm still at the bar. After I get my bag, I'll go there."

 At a quarter past five I saw Levin's car approaching. I immediately got out slowly and got into his car which had stopped at the side of the road.

 "Let's go." I said after sitting next to him.

 "What's wrong with you, Matilda? Why are you--"

 Levin didn't continue his s

entence because I kissed him hotly on the lips. I want to release all the emotions that I kept inside all night through this hot kiss.
